ISTP (Introversion/Feeling/Thinking/Understanding) is one of the sixteen personality types in Miles Briggs' personality classification. It is called a craftsman in Cauchy's temperament type test and belongs to one of the four types of craftsmen.
Introversion and extroversion. ISTP tends to be quiet and conservative. Socially, they consume energy (in the same case, extroverts gain energy).
Feelings and intuition. ISTP cares more about concrete things than abstract things. They tend to pay more attention to details than the whole, and pay attention to the closest reality rather than the possibility of the future.
Reason versus emotion. ISTP usually thinks that objective standards are higher than personal preferences. When making decisions, they are usually based more on logic than on the consideration of the world.
P—— Understanding versus judgment: ISTP will reserve opinions or postpone making important decisions, prefer "open choice" and be more able to cope with changes.
