China adheres to a pragmatic and low-key diplomatic strategy. In recent years, especially in the early stage, there has been a major change, that is, under difficult circumstances, we have maintained a consistent and clear support attitude with Pakistan and North Korea on the east and west lines respectively.

In Pakistan on the western front, in the face of American accusations and suspicions against Pakistan, China took a clear-cut stand and spoke highly of Pakistan's contribution to counter-terrorism, which made Pakistan feel grateful and realized what "a friend in need is a friend indeed". On the eastern front of Korea, it also shows a strong attachment to North Korea, which is extremely isolated internationally. In particular, if Kim Jong Il comes to China once a year, it is meaningless to arrange for him to visit China's economic development. This arrangement will inevitably affect the future direction of North Korea and has far-reaching significance.

The above two examples reflect that China's diplomacy has inherited the traditional philosophical essence of "being kind to others" in China, which is completely different from the realistic diplomacy in the West, especially in the United States.
