Divide the first three pages into three sections (insert-separator-next page, that is, insert section break at the end of the first three pages), and select "Don't display the first page" when setting the page number for each section.

Then set the page number (that is, abstract and body) for Section 4. Select Start Page Number as 1 and Home Page Display.
