I read the article "Silk Road" today. At the beginning of the article, I wrote that there is a group of sculptures outside Yuxiangmen in ancient Xi, which is called the Silk Road. It means that many businessmen from the western regions came to Chang 'an (now Xi 'an) through the Silk Road to buy a lot of goods, which opened their eyes.

Xi 'an is a square ancient city surrounded by city walls. This is the ancient capital Chang 'an, where many historical relics and treasures are buried. There are not many high-rise buildings in Xi 'an, because every inch of land may contain ancient treasures, such as the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of Qin Shihuang, which was discovered by an old man while digging a well.

The article also talks about Zhang Qian's mission to the country of Rest, exchanging gifts with people there and spreading culture. I think that will not only promote the friendship between the two countries, but also exchange the specialties of our country with those of foreign countries and absorb useful things. It really kills two birds with one stone and makes our country more developed.

There is a statue in Xi 'an, which is what Zhang Qian looked like when he went to the Western Regions. His expression is very serious. I think he may have accomplished this important mission, so he looks very serious.
