My paper has been published, but it was only after it was published that I was told that they didn't have an invoice for the publication fee. What should I do? It's popular literature and art, not even reimbursement.
Hello, you must have the receipt. See if you want to open a certificate and stamp the official seal with the letter from their editorial department.
I'm surprised you didn't ask beforehand. Students said that there is generally no invoice, but there is a receipt. You should make out a receipt for the money.
In addition, copy the page in the magazine catalogue and hand it in together with the receipt!
I hope it works. I intend to publish it, too.
