Abstract: The most important equipment in the automated warehouse is the warehouse stacker, which is the key equipment to realize the automation function of the whole warehouse system and the core component of the automated warehouse. In this paper, the design of warehouse stacker system controlled by PLC is introduced in detail, and the speed adjustment based on frequency converter and the accurate positioning of stacker with rotary encoder are studied by combining PLC technology with frequency conversion control technology. The control system of warehouse stacker can realize the following control functions: three-dimensional movement, accurate positioning, speed adjustment, emergency stop and alarm.

The most important equipment in the automated warehouse is the tunnel stacker, which is the key equipment to realize the automation function of the whole warehouse system. Development of automatic warehouse based on tunnel stacker. This paper introduces the realization of storage stacker control system based on PLC. Combined with PLC technology and frequency conversion control technology, based on the speed change of frequency converter, and combined with photoelectric encoder to build a system. It can achieve some functions. These functions include three-dimensional motion, precise positioning, emergency stop and alarm.
