They should not be "hidebound" or "behind closed doors". It is necessary to establish a people-oriented view of students and a democratic, equal, harmonious and cooperative teaching view. Scientific theory is the guide of practice and the foundation of innovation. As an excellent English teacher, they should make constant efforts.
