Recently, Chen Shunli, a doctoral student jointly trained by Northwestern Polytechnical University and technical university of munich, Germany, successfully passed the doctoral thesis of department of mechanical engineering, technical university of munich, Germany, entitled "Wall Modeling by Implicit Large Eddy Simulation".

Chen's tutors are Professor Zhang Bingan from Aviation College of Xigong University and Professor department of mechanical engineering Adams from technical university of munich Institute of Fluid Mechanics. Chen went to technical university of munich to study in June, 2007 +065438+ 10. After three years of hard work, he successfully completed his doctoral thesis. The work of this paper was highly praised by German instructor Professor Adams and the National Defense Commission.
