Work Report of Young Pioneers Counselors
Counselors' work is multifaceted, which not only requires counselors to base themselves on reality and try their best to do practical work, but also requires counselors to focus on the long-term and constantly improve the level of class management, so that classes can develop by leaps and bounds. As an ordinary counselor-a close friend of students, I try my best to do a good job of the Young Pioneers step by step: 1. Let the collective spirit take root in the hearts of young eagles. Nowadays, most children are only children, and family education often adopts "closed" education. There are few opportunities to contact and communicate with peers, which leads to their lack of enthusiasm for others, lack of courage when encountering difficulties, poor self-control and no sense of responsibility. Faced with such a situation, as a counselor in the new century, I give full play to the melting pot of class collective self-education, and carry out activities such as "Class is our common name", "I contribute glory to the collective, and the collective adds glory to me", "Teachers and students love each other", "I am happy for you" and "Hand in hand, heart to heart". Over the past few years, my young eagle squadron has made steady progress in various activities. Second, strengthen social practice activities and pay attention to students' personality development. In order to strengthen the moral education for young pioneers, let them fully display their creativity in their own activity world, publicize the fertile ground of education relying on social practice, and let children actively participate in five series of activities with the theme of "I am a qualified little citizen", such as "Little Helper", "Little Model", "Little Partner", "Little Guardian" and "Little Master", and regularly carry out activities of "Love Square and Protect Green Space"; Carry out the activity of "refusing to sign the oath of the black internet bar" in a timely manner, so that all young pioneers can exercise in participation, contribute in practice, realize their ideals in dedication and create greater glories. 3. "Let every student walk with his head held high" makes me deeply feel that every child wants to show his personality, but he has different physical and psychological characteristics from others. At work, I try my best to seize the opportunity, silently organize various activities, protect their self-esteem, support their self-motivation, explore their bright spots, let love take root in collective activities and let them participate in them.
