Under the education and training plan of outstanding engineers, school-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable choice for the development of surveying and mapping engineering education. This paper analyzes the present situation of school-enterprise cooperation training mode, and puts forward to further improve the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism on the basis of the existing training mode in order to cultivate outstanding surveying and mapping engineering talents with practical ability and innovative consciousness.

Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to explore the innovative talent training mode of outstanding surveying and mapping engineers. Establish a scientific "1+ 1" school-enterprise cooperation training mechanism, and closely combine school training with enterprise training. The theoretical knowledge of the school can provide a solid theoretical foundation for the practice and innovation of enterprises, and enterprise training can further strengthen students' understanding and feedback of theoretical knowledge [5-9]. This paper explores the "1+ 1" training mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, reforms the current mode of training excellent graduate students of surveying and mapping engineers jointly with enterprises, and pays attention to the cultivation of students' learning ability, thinking ability and innovation ability. Adhere to the combination of theory and practice, guide practice with scientific theory, and develop theory in innovative practice.
1 Status of School-enterprise Joint Training of Excellent Surveying and Mapping Engineers with Master of Surveying and Mapping Engineering in Central South University
In order to enhance students' engineering practice ability, the excellent surveying and mapping engineers of the Master of Surveying and Mapping Engineering of Central South University adopt the mode of joint training between schools and enterprises, and are jointly trained in stages according to "1+ 1". Relying on enterprises to establish a training base and form a school-enterprise talent training consortium. The training process includes two parts: on-campus training and enterprise attachment training. The cumulative time (including thesis time) of graduate students in school and enterprise is 1 year respectively. It can be divided into three stages: the first stage is to attend classes at school from September of the first year to March of the second year; The second stage is on-the-job training in enterprises, from April of the second year to March of the third year; In the third stage, the thesis work and defense will be carried out in the school from April to June of the third year [1]. In order to strengthen the training effect of enterprises on master students, the "double tutor" system is implemented, that is, the school and the enterprise each send a tutor to jointly guide a single student. In the training process, the school tutor and the enterprise tutor are the same. Master students should keep close contact with the school and enterprise tutors during their stay in the enterprise, and report their work and study and production technical problems on a regular basis. The enterprise tutor is an expert with rich engineering practice experience, with the title of senior engineer [10-1]. In the process of implementing the training mode, there are some contradictions among students, schools and enterprises, which are mainly manifested in the following three aspects: 1) The school pays attention to theoretical research, but there are few practical research, so the school's tutors and students are not interested in practical research and deviate from the research direction of enterprises. 2) Enterprise: narrow direction, limited knowledge and weak innovation ability, but it is oriented to solve practical application problems and needs, and pays more attention to short-term benefits, which has the disadvantage of not requiring high requirements for cultivating students' innovation ability. 3) Students: lack of practical experience, need to strengthen the combination of theory and practice, and effectively combine scientific research with practical application.
2. On the basis of the existing training mode, further improve the school-enterprise joint training mode.
After careful analysis of the outstanding problems among students, schools and enterprises, it is decided to set up a training mode with schools or enterprises as the main body and the other side as the supplement at each training stage with students as the main body under the existing training mode. In each training stage, schools and enterprises actively participate in it, and make some efforts to improve the school-enterprise joint training model.
1) The training principle of students in the first training stage is to focus on the foundation and broaden their knowledge. At this stage, schools should focus on enterprises and offer theoretical courses according to the training plan. At the same time, enterprises participate in teaching in the following four ways: ① hold enterprise lectures regularly, so that students and school tutors can actively discuss the problems and difficulties encountered with enterprises, guide students to find problems in practice, think creatively about problems and difficulties, and guide students and school tutors to carry out relevant theoretical research. (2) Organize school tutors and students to visit the enterprise, find problems and innovations during the actual visit, and then guide the enterprise in a theoretical way. (3) Hold lectures on corporate celebrities regularly, feel the cultural atmosphere of surveying and mapping engineering and corporate culture, and cultivate students' sense of social responsibility and professional ethics. (4) The school communicates with enterprises on a regular basis, strengthening the awareness of enterprises on the cultivation of innovative talents of outstanding surveying and mapping engineers, strengthening the requirements for the innovative ability of enterprises, and guiding the innovative needs of enterprises.
2) The training principle of students in the second training stage is to emphasize practice and innovation. At this stage, enterprises should be the mainstay, supplemented by schools. Enterprises should be responsible for guiding students to be familiar with the production process of enterprises. Students should actively participate in enterprise practice, find problems in practice, and actively communicate with enterprise tutors and school tutors, so as to improve enterprise production efficiency, reform existing production processes and guide social development. During the enterprise internship, students regularly carry out exchange activities among students, school tutors and enterprise tutors, make full use of the strong theoretical foundation of school tutors, reform the existing technical route, and apply new theoretical research results to enterprises.
3) The training principle of students in the third training stage is to determine the research direction, carry out innovative experiments on the basis of enterprise practice, and master the writing ability of papers. At this stage, schools should be given priority to and enterprises should be supplemented, so as to give full play to the advantages of university tutors in scientific research and personnel training. Enterprise tutors can give some suggestions on the research direction and use the perfect experimental platform of enterprises to carry out innovative experiments. The actual production capacity of enterprises can promote students' innovative achievements and realize the integration of Industry-University-Research.
3 Conclusion
The disconnection between theory and practice is a prominent shortcoming of teaching quality in colleges and universities. The education and training program for outstanding engineers in the field of surveying and mapping initiated by the Ministry of Education and the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping aims to improve students' innovation and practical ability. This paper analyzes in detail the present situation of the joint training of outstanding surveying and mapping engineers majoring in surveying and mapping engineering in Central South University, and further improves the joint training mode of schools and enterprises on the basis of the existing training mode, so as to better improve students' innovative practice ability and make a modest contribution to promoting the development of surveying and mapping in China.
