Abstract: Construction organization design is one of the main tasks of project bidding, and it is also the main component of project bidding documents. This paper summarizes the experience of compiling bidding construction organization design, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions for construction enterprises to improve the quality of bidding documents in the bidding process.
At present, in the field of engineering construction, bidding has become the main way for construction enterprises to undertake engineering tasks. The level of bidding construction organization design is directly related to whether the construction enterprise can win the bid. At the same time, it is the basic information of relevant clauses in business quotation and contract documents, and also a comprehensive document of technology, economy, organization, coordination and control for the construction activities of the proposed project. Therefore, in the actual bidding, it is required that the bidding construction organization design is scientific, reasonable, effective and unified, and at the same time meet the requirements stipulated in the bidding documents, so as to provide a strong guarantee for winning the bid.
