Three management functions
Under the leadership of the director, the Science and Technology Management Committee of the company is responsible for the deployment and management of the "three major innovations" activities of the whole company; Balance and coordinate the work of the technical achievement review committee and the management achievement review committee, and make decisions on major issues.

Article 4 The Science and Technology Management Committee of the Company shall set up a science and technology management center in the production technology department, which shall be responsible for the daily management of the scientific and technological work of the whole company, mainly including technical achievements, management achievements, qc achievements, patent inventions, monthly innovation achievements and scientific papers. Main work contents: project establishment, supervision and implementation, achievement acceptance, organization appraisal (review or acceptance), declaration of awards, data archiving and other related daily work.
Chapter III Project Establishment and Implementation
Article 5 Establishment of company-level projects.
Science and technology management center is responsible for organizing company-level project establishment every month.
The Science and Technology Management Committee of the Company issues the project plan and implements the project management every time according to the superior plan, combined with the company's well development plan and the needs of the company's well safety, production, management and non-coal industry.
Each unit of the company determines research projects (topics) according to the specific work conditions, and reports them to the Science and Technology Management Center after being audited by the heads of various disciplines. The Science and Technology Management Center is responsible for summarizing the declared projects (topics), reporting them to the Science and Technology Management Committee of the company for approval, and the company will distribute them to all units.
Degree, each unit research and development of science and technology or management innovation projects, the need for additional projects, must be approved by the company in charge of the leadership, science and technology management center can be accepted.
Article 6 The establishment of scientific and technological projects above the company level.
Where the project has been approved at or above the company level, the vice president in charge of discipline must organize the project personnel of the undertaking unit to conduct extensive research and demonstration on the project, fill in the project proposal of the company's major scientific research project plan, and report it to the Science and Technology Management Center for summary. After the approval of the company's chief engineer, the science and technology management center is responsible for reporting the project step by step.
Article 7 If the project is approved by the company and the superior and issued in writing, the project leader and the undertaking unit shall formulate the project implementation plan, ensure that the measures, personnel, funds, equipment and instruments are put in place, and seriously organize the implementation. The personnel of the Science and Technology Management Center should follow and monitor the whole process, timely understand, master, supervise and coordinate the implementation of the project, and put forward guiding suggestions to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.
