Time flies, a semester of psychology course has ended. Although I have finished the course, I have benefited a lot from the psychological knowledge I learned in class. In this semester, I gradually learned about the development history and process of psychology, the essence and function of psychology, and various factors affecting psychology. So I want to make a life plan for myself from the perspective of psychology to promote my better development in the future. Psychology is the reflection of the human brain to the objective reality, and it is the most complicated phenomenon in the universe. The phenomenon of psychological activity mainly consists of three parts: first, psychological process; Second, personality and psychological characteristics; Third, personality and psychological tendency. Psychological process includes: cognitive process (including feeling, perception, memory, thinking, attention and imagination), emotional process and will process. Psychological characteristics of personality include temperament, personality and ability. Personality psychological tendency includes: demand, motivation, interest and outlook on life. Although there are many schools of psychology now, in the final analysis, I hope I can have a healthy psychology and a happy life. From my own point of view, I feel mentally unhealthy, timid, afraid to speak in front of people and lazy. A lot of things can't be done until the last minute. So I want to make some changes to myself to better adapt to society. Healthy psychology can promote the development of non-intellectual structures such as will, personality and temperament, and promote the all-round development of students' physical and mental health, which is the need for quality education to adapt to future social competition. When we enter the university, it is a small society and we need to get enough exercise here. Only with a sound personality can we adapt to society. When I first entered the university, I heard that there were various clubs in the school that could exercise my ability. I also joined some clubs and found that everyone was very active and cheerful, but I couldn't fit in. I gradually found that I dare not speak in front of people. I have a psychological fear, which is better when there are few people, if this fear is serious in public. From the psychological point of view, the human brain itself can not produce psychology, but the material basis and premise of psychological phenomena, which can only be produced under the action of objective reality. So psychology is a reflection of objective reality. In addition, psychology occurs and develops in social practice. The case of wolf children fully shows that although wolf children have human brains, their psychological development level is very low. The reason is that their development process is divorced from human society. Psychology is constantly developing, and animals also have psychology, but the level of development is low, and human psychology has developed to an advanced level. This kind of psychology has entered the category of consciousness. Human psychology is different from animal psychology. First of all, people's psychology is not a mechanical reflection of objective reality, but a dynamic process. Secondly, psychological reflection is always formed by external action and refraction of internal characteristics. So different people, even the same person, have different reactions to the same objective thing at different times and under different conditions. Third, people's psychology is not only restricted by biological laws, but also by social environment. Social and historical conditions and the level of economic development all affect people's psychology. Therefore, psychological factors are not completely innate and can be changed through acquired efforts. I believe that as long as I have good psychological quality through my own efforts, I will succeed. So I want to make changes in some ways to overcome my fears. We can consider the following aspects: (1) Establish a correct outlook on life. Different outlook on life leads to different views on things. If you attach too much importance to personal fame and material interests, you may feel insecure. When these people are in danger, they will be terrified and can't control themselves. So I want to have a correct outlook on life and fearless spirit, so that I can collapse in front of Mount Tai without changing my face. (2) Try to remind yourself of happy things, good times and avoid terrible scenes. When you encounter a scene that can cause fear, try to avoid or eliminate it, ease your mood and let yourself have a happy mood. (3) Get used to terrible scenes. Dare to touch what you are afraid of, touch him, and get used to the scenery. I am not afraid to know that he is "so powerful". Take giving a speech on the stage as an example. I dare not speak. As soon as I got to the podium, my head went blank and I couldn't remember anything. So I want to strengthen this training and seize every opportunity in my future life. It may be a little difficult at first, but I think if you stick to it, you should get used to it. After getting used to it, the previous situation will not appear. 4 learn relevant knowledge. People's fear of some scenery is related to their lack of knowledge and understanding of the truth, such as lightning. When you know that this is a normal phenomenon in nature, then the fear of nature will be alleviated. I'm still a little afraid of this now, although I know something. But I will get over it. (5) Strengthen the training of direct movements. I take the initiative to get in touch with things I fear to get rid of them. I will force myself to do something I didn't want to do before, and gradually find that I won't be as scared as before. These are all step by step progress, and I am happy for myself. In addition to being afraid of yourself, there is another shortcoming: not being active enough, always dragging its feet, not being able to finish it in time, and always putting it off until the last minute. I also made a plan for myself to change this. Cultivate your positive emotions so that you can learn to control your negative emotions, learn how to control emotions such as rationality, transfer, humor, catharsis, sublimation and self-control, and create a situation that produces positive emotions for yourself, such as actively creating a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, creating a good class atmosphere, and participating in colorful cultural and sports activities. Learn to encourage yourself, let yourself feel that you are the "protagonist" and often experience the happiness of success. For example, when you do something successfully, praise yourself, mobilize your positive emotions and reduce the occurrence of procrastination. Second, cultivating one's willpower, enhancing the purpose and planning of study and work, and cultivating one's tenacious willpower will help to suppress negative emotions, delay behavior, promote intellectual activities and improve learning efficiency. Making a strict study plan can effectively improve the utilization of time and reduce procrastination, especially the first procrastination. It is impossible without a strong will in the process of implementing the plan. So planning should be closely linked, and the situation should not be too high or too low. You can start with a short-term plan, make a two-way plan according to time and tasks, and check the completion every day. Completing the plan smoothly every day can make you feel a sense of accomplishment at any time, and give hints for future activities, thus gradually reducing procrastination. The above is my plan for myself. I will do it according to the plan, change myself and make my life full and meaningful.
