Research on the Countermeasures of Labor Dispatch Industry "Three Parties" to the Implementation of Labor Contract Law; As a new form of employment, labor dispatch has developed rapidly in developed countries such as Europe and America. As an objective existence, labor dispatch has also appeared in China, and it has a trend of further development. Due to the separation of employment and use in labor dispatch, many problems have arisen in reality; However, how to regulate labor dispatch has once become the most controversial issue in the legislative process of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law. The People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law, which was applied on 1 month 1 day in 2008, is a law that respects workers, protects their legitimate rights and interests and maintains stable and harmonious labor relations. The new labor dispatch in China has been regulated unprecedentedly, which broke the situation that labor dispatch can not be relied upon and caused a nationwide sensation. The Labor Contract Law mainly affects the three parties involved in labor dispatch, namely dispatching enterprises, employing units and dispatching workers. How to deal with the new legal provisions, how to adapt to the new situation and how to safeguard their own interests has become the primary issue after the implementation of innovation. Based on the analysis of the influence of the three parties, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the future development countermeasures of the three parties.
