This summer vacation, I carefully read the American writer Hubbard's Letter to Garcia. Tan's dedication, loyalty and diligence left a deep impression on me.

The author described an unforgettable heroic story in the book. When the Spanish-American War broke out, Tam, the hero of the story, urgently needed a special envoy to complete an extremely important task-to send a letter to General Garcia that decided the fate of the war. Tam undertook this task, but he didn't shirk anything, but completed this "impossible task" with his absolute loyalty, sense of responsibility and initiative to create miracles.

There is no doubt that Tam's success lies not in his outstanding military talents, but in his excellent moral quality, absolute courage and indomitable enterprising spirit, which are loyalty and initiative, as well as a spirit of loyalty, commitment, dedication, obedience and honor.

Some people around you don't cherish their jobs. They don't work hard and complain. As a result, they were fired and regretted it. I also see some people who are as dedicated as Tan. They regard work as a pleasure. The more enthusiasm they have for their work, the greater their determination, the higher their work efficiency, and they will move from excellent to excellent.

Captain Tan takes obedience as his bounden duty and military honor as his belief. He kept telling himself, "I must succeed. I must find Garcia and send him the letter. " This is his loyalty to his organization and team! Aren't there three kinds of people? The first is a person with good conduct and ability, which can be reused; The second is the person with good conduct but poor ability, who can be used; Third, people with bad conduct, although capable, must not use them. It can be seen that loyalty is an important symbol to measure a person's character. So be loyal to your work, but also to your organization and team. The book also mentions a point: "Do a little more every day". Nowadays, many people tend to adopt a coping attitude at work, that is, as long as they finish what the boss or leader stipulates. In this case, you will only be in a passive position forever, in other words, you can't win more opportunities for yourself. An example is given in the book. Allen gave up his favorite ball game on Saturday afternoon and did more things.
