I. Case introduction

Kindergarten middle class children, boys, five and a half weeks, transfer for about two months. The reason for the transfer is that I was dissuaded by the previous kindergarten. The characteristics of this child mainly include: unsociable, unable to listen to the teacher's words, and lacking the sense of rules; Emotional instability, easy to cry, and not easy to calm down; In addition, he will run outside the classroom and need the teacher to watch him all the time. During the whole day's activities in kindergarten, children can hardly keep up with the daily process at work, and their language expression is not clear. He can understand others' words and has some obstacles in communicating with others. Do not hit people, not very aggressive; I have a desire to communicate with my peers, but I am timid and shy. In addition, through communication with parents, I learned that children have been following their grandparents in their hometown until they go to kindergarten. Usually, my mother is busy with work, and my father takes care of more. Since he was away from his parents since he was a child, his parents always tried their best to satisfy their children, and treated them with tolerance and little criticism.

Second, the case analysis

Lack of direct support from parents has a negative impact on children's psychological development. Research shows that parents' interaction and speech behavior in the family will affect children, and children will learn and grow by imitating their parents' speech and behavior. The child in the above case is obviously not like this. He was looked after by his grandparents three weeks ago, and then he came to the kindergarten to be with his parents. But because mom is too busy at work, except kindergarten, dad is basically taking care of him in life. Therefore, there is little communication between parents and children, and children will have some language discomfort when they come from their hometown. In addition, the child's own language development may be lagging behind, leading to certain language communication obstacles, affecting his peer communication and social development, thus causing his behavior disharmony and causing some behavioral problems.

(B) Parental rearing patterns have an impact on children's behavior problems. Parenting style refers to the methods and forms that parents usually adopt when raising and educating their children. It is a summary of the characteristics of parents' various parenting behaviors and an important basis for the development of children's behaviors. There are four common ways of family education: autocracy, democracy, doting and neglect. Research shows that children who grow up spoiled are often immature and have poor adaptability and self-control. In the above case, the baby's father said that he would try his best to meet the child's requirements and was unwilling to criticize the child's temper. This kind of laissez-faire and blind doting on children has also led to children's behavior problems not being corrected for a long time.

(3) Parent-child relationship affects children's psychological and behavioral problems. Research shows that good parent-child relationship plays an important role in the formation of children's sound personality, stable mood, good behavior habits and social development. As can be seen from the above cases, the parents of this child are busy with work and have limited time to take care of and communicate with their children. In addition, these children who are currently in the nuclear family have less opportunities to communicate with the outside world and their peers, which leads to poor communication and immature behavior.

(d) Teachers' educational attitudes and beliefs affect children's behavior problems. Research shows that teachers' emotions, personalities, attitudes towards life and life directly affect children's psychological and behavioral development, and even affect their lives. The children in the above cases were all persuaded by the previous kindergartens, and it is an irresponsible behavior for both teachers and kindergartens. Therefore, when kindergarten teachers meet some children with behavioral problems, they should try their best to communicate with parents, try their best to find out the reasons for the children's behavioral problems, find out the children's strengths, and encourage and guide the children to get rid of bad behaviors.

Third, enlightenment and thinking

(1) Raise and educate children as much as possible. There is an invisible bond between children and parents, which makes children eager to be with their parents. They hope that their parents' hugs, kisses and care can meet the needs of their physical and mental development. However, it is easy to spoil children after several generations, and children need to adapt to the new living environment when they return to their parents, which is a challenge to their physical and mental development. If they don't adapt well, it may lead to anorexia, bed wetting, sensitivity, anxiety and other physical and mental development problems, and then show some behavioral problems.

(2) Adopt flexible parenting methods according to children's own development. Research shows that parents' parenting styles have an extremely important influence on children's psychological development such as cognition and emotion. Bad parenting style is an important cause of children's psychological and behavioral problems, and parents should adopt a flexible approach according to their specific conditions. Generally speaking, when children are young, parents should give them care and love, make demands on them, control their bad behaviors and teach them to correct them in a reasonable way; When you grow up, you can listen to your children's thoughts, discuss with them and work out appropriate solutions.

(3) Strengthen parent-child interaction and communication, and enhance parent-child relationship. Psychological research holds that parent-child relationship is the basis of all social relations in a person's life, and harmonious parent-child relationship is of great significance to the development of children's attitudes and behaviors. Therefore, parents should interact with their children more, which can not only keep abreast of all aspects of children's situation, but also enhance parent-child relationship, which is the key to prevent and improve children's behavior problems.

(D) Strengthen the interaction between teachers and children, and enhance children's sense of security and belonging to teachers and kindergartens. Teachers' good tone and the use of correct guidance methods to encourage children's expected behavior are the keys to teachers advocated by preschool education methods. The process of establishing a safe and harmonious relationship is not only the process of emotional communication between teachers and children, but also the guarantee of children's cognitive, emotional and social development. A safe and harmonious relationship between teachers and children can make children feel safe, help them feel a sense of belonging to the class and teachers, and help them form a good peer relationship, positive behavior attitude and better adaptability.

In a word, children's behavior problems are the result of a variety of factors. As an important external factor, families and kindergartens should strengthen communication, parents should have more trust and teachers should have more responsibilities, so that children will be happier and better. I look forward to every child having a happy childhood and a bright future.
