In view of the phenomenon that the fresh platelets with blood components have short storage time and limited clinical use, platelets and frozen platelets with a storage period of 5 days were developed, which not only ensured the curative effect, but also extended the storage period, and were well received by the clinic. In order to adapt to the development of clinical medical technology, the center cooperated with the hospital to carry out organ transplantation matching business, which made HLA matching routine and promoted the development of clinical organ transplantation in our province. Carry out various forms of continuing medical education. According to the actual needs of business development, we selected business backbones to go out for further study, study and participate in various academic exchange activities in a planned and focused way, and sent 43 people to study and exchange throughout the year. Organize all departments to formulate corresponding training plans according to their own conditions, focusing on training basic business skills such as foreign language, computer, instrument use and maintenance, blood collection operation, etc. According to the requirements of provincial continuing medical education credits, the staff are regularly assessed. In order to strengthen the foreign language ability of scientific and technical personnel, in cooperation with the editorial department of Foreign Medicine, a column of Blood Transfusion Translation College was set up to cultivate the foreign language reading, translation and writing ability of scientific and technical personnel. In the whole year, 2 1 national scientific research papers were published, of which 5 papers were selected for the International Blood Transfusion Association 1 Asia-Pacific Conference and1paper was selected for the 54th annual academic meeting of American Blood Bank Association.

In order to adapt to the development of blood transfusion, the center used 2.2 million special treasury bonds invested by the state for infrastructure and supporting construction projects of blood collection and supply institutions, and raised 2 million matching funds to update and transform existing facilities. The focus is on the process transformation of the blood collection and supply business room, the renewal and construction of the rest hall and dining hall for blood donors, and the addition of some blood testing equipment and blood delivery vehicles.
