Abstract: Converter steelmaking, EAF steelmaking and open hearth steelmaking are compared and analyzed, and the types, characteristics and working principles of EAF steelmaking are emphatically introduced. Taking HX- 1.5 electric arc furnace as an example, the parameters and equipment composition of electric arc furnace steelmaking are systematically introduced, with emphasis on the electrical control principle and automatic control process of HX- 1.5 electric arc furnace and the automatic protection system of electric arc furnace.
