World Traffic Congress (WTC) is approved by the State Council, co-sponsored by China Association for Science and Technology, Ministry of Transport and China Academy of Engineering, and undertaken by China Highway Society. The meeting is held once a year.

20 17 from June 3rd to 6th, 20 17 World Transportation Congress was held in Beijing National Convention Center.

The 20 18 World Transportation Congress consists of six sections: the opening ceremony and keynote speech, the Belt and Road International Transportation Seminar, the academic forum, the Transportation Science and Technology Expo, the "China Jiaotong University Cup" 20 18 World Bridge Design Competition for University Students, the WTC think tank product release and special events. 20 19 World Transportation Congress is scheduled to be held in Beijing National Convention Center from June 13 to June 16 with the theme of "Smart and Green Leading Future Transportation".
