Abstract: The key to the satisfaction of butyl acrylate bisulfate catalyst. The effects of catalyst dosage, alcohol-acid ratio, reaction time, water-carrying agent and polymerization inhibitor on esterification were discussed in detail. The results showed that the alcohol-acid ratio was 1: 1.5, the catalyst dosage was xx% of the total reaction, the polymerization inhibitor was hydroquinone, the water-carrying agent was toluene, and the temperature was controlled at13 ~/kloc-0.
