Nutrition and Health of Seabuckthorn Abstract: Seabuckthorn, also known as vinegar willow, is a small tree, which originated about 25-40 million years ago and was in the same era as the formation of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and Himalayas. It has experienced the severe test of ecological environment changes during glacial period, interglacial period and Himalayan orogeny period, and has strong vitality. At present, it is widely distributed in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Siberia and other regions. It was found that seabuckthorn fruit contained 190 kinds of effective components. Include 6 fat-soluble vitamins, 22 fatty acids, 42 lipids, 36 flavonoids and phenols. Seabuckthorn is the most active plant in nature and the crown of vegetative plants. It has many functions such as preventing cardiovascular diseases, inhibiting proliferation of various tumor cells, promoting cell degeneration, improving human disease resistance, protecting liver, resisting aging, promoting gastrointestinal health, resisting burns and scalds, beauty beauty, preventing and relieving neurasthenia, resisting radiation, resisting inflammation and promoting granulation. Key words: Seabuckthorn, also known as vinegar willow, is a small tree. Seabuckthorn is a kind of shrub with strong vitality, which generally grows in dry, cold and barren mountainous areas. In China, seabuckthorn is mainly distributed in Shanxi, Tibet, Inner Mongolia and other provinces. The fruits and leaves of Hippophae rhamnoides are rich in bioactive components, which are precious medicinal and edible plant resources. As early as 1300 years ago, China recorded the medicinal value of Hippophae rhamnoides in Yao Zhen, Wang Yue and Four Medical Codes in Tang Dynasty. According to the Chinese medical theory, Hippophae rhamnoides L. mainly has pharmacological effects such as benefiting lung and strengthening yang, nourishing stomach and strengthening spleen, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. In addition, seabuckthorn also has unique effects. Vitamin E and other nutrients extracted from Hippophae rhamnoides L. can nourish skin, promote cell metabolism and promote epithelial tissue regeneration, and have the functions of anti-allergy, bacteriostasis, strong permeability and protection of skin color. Modern chemical composition analysis shows that Hippophae rhamnoides L. is rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, carotenoids, various amino acids, protein, linoleic acid, phospholipids, flavonoids and various trace elements. The unsaturated fatty acids in seabuckthorn seeds are as high as 80%, which contains eight essential amino acids. Seabuckthorn contains eleven essential trace elements such as calcium, iron, zinc, potassium and selenium. Seabuckthorn seed oil extracted from seabuckthorn is rich in vitamin E, carotenoids, bitter rosin, coumarin, amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids and so on. Therefore, Hippophae rhamnoides has a significant clinical effect on burns and cervical erosion. It has definite curative effect on chronic superficial gastritis, atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, oral ulcer, chronic physical weakness and senile weakness. Prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease, angina pectoris and arteriosclerosis; Seabuckthorn has obvious inhibitory effect on malignant tumors, can block the synthesis of carcinogen V- nitrite, inhibit the precancerous lesions induced by aflatoxin, and has inhibitory and therapeutic effects on gastric cancer, intestinal cancer, lung cancer, esophageal cancer, breast cancer and leukemia. China Food News reported that the data of 54 cancer patients recently provided by Shaanxi Institute of Cancer Prevention and Treatment showed that 84% of them had rapidly shrunk or disappeared. The appearance of seabuckthorn series products is the gospel for patients with gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, tumor and cancer, burns and scalds in 2 1 century. Seabuckthorn seed oil and other products are pure natural green health care products with remarkable curative effect. Seabuckthorn contains 160 kinds of bioactive substances, 8 kinds of amino acids and1/kloc-0 kinds of trace elements, which have extremely high medicinal and nutritional value. Seabuckthorn is rich in vitamin E, which can prevent nitrite from synthesizing carcinogenic substance-ammonium nitrite in human body. Catechins rich in seabuckthorn oil have a strong inhibitory effect on cell cancer caused by TPA and flavomycin. Seabuckthorn is rich in β-carotene, which is a good antioxidant, which can prevent the carcinogenesis of chemicals and play a role in preventing and treating cancer. Seabuckthorn seed oil has a particularly significant inhibitory effect on leukemia, sarcoma, melanoma, Ehrlich ascites tumor and gastric cancer. Seabuckthorn fruit oil is a kind of natural nutrition and health care oil extracted from seabuckthorn fruit by CO2 supercritical extraction technology. Seabuckthorn fruit oil is rich in oleic acid and linoleic acid, with the content as high as 85%. Seabuckthorn is a "natural vitamin capsule", which is rich in vitamins and also contains 24 kinds of trace elements such as phosphorus, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, calcium, boron, silicon and copper, especially calcium, iron, zinc and potassium. In addition, there is a certain amount of dietary fiber in seabuckthorn fruit oil, but the cholesterol content is zero. Therefore, seabuckthorn fruit oil is the most valuable health oil for middle-aged and elderly friends. 1. Hippophae rhamnoides is the most active plant in nature and the crown of vegetative plants. Seabuckthorn contains 10 kinds of bioactive substances: phospholipids, vitamins, serotonin, various volatile oils, phenols and organic acids, protein and amino acids, triterpenoids, steroids, various trace elements necessary for human body, oils and fatty acids (linoleic acid, linolenic acid, etc. ) and flavonoids. Seabuckthorn is rich in vitamin C. The content of vitamin C in seabuckthorn is the highest among all vegetables and fruits: 2-3 times that of kiwifruit, 6 times that of orange, 20 times that of hawthorn, 80 times that of tomato and 200 times that of apple. In addition, seabuckthorn fruit also contains vitamin E, B- carotene and B vitamins. Seabuckthorn is the "source" plant of vitamins and is known as the "treasure house of vitamins". 2. Seabuckthorn has a wide range of medical and nutritional health care functions. Seabuckthorn plays a particularly important role in preventing and treating various diseases, strengthening the body and prolonging life. 1977, China Ministry of Health officially listed Hippophae rhamnoides L. in People's Republic of China (PRC) Pharmacopoeia, and state administration of traditional chinese medicine's China Materia Medica also recorded its medicinal efficacy ... The first classic book in China detailing its medicinal efficacy was the Tibetan medical masterpiece Four Medical Codes in the second half of the 8th century, which was also the first medical book in the world to systematically record its medicinal efficacy ... and the famous medical book Zhu Jing Materia Medica in Qing Dynasty all discussed Hippophae rhamnoides L.. This is an experimental report that we have done before. I don't know if it can be counted as hehe.
