Management doesn't mean that they are competent and have no long-term work accumulation and experience, even caddies or entrepreneurial platforms. And management needs not only experience, but also personality and appeal.
Of all the courses I know, I can't be promoted without caddy's practical experience. Because the caddy is the direct service window of the stadium. Therefore, I suggest that you must grasp the initial internship, get familiar with the daily work of caddies as soon as possible, and do some research, so as to be promoted quickly.
