1. If the equipment runs well and the purified water is unqualified, it means that the desalination capacity of the reverse osmosis membrane module has decreased and needs to be replaced.
2. Problems in equipment operation:
A. During the operation of the equipment, the pure water suddenly failed due to problems with the sealing ring and connector of the membrane module. It is suggested to check the abnormal end in sections and replace it with new fittings.
B the secondary conductivity of newly-started equipment changes greatly, which is difficult to adjust. The problem with this description is that there is a problem with the carbon dioxide removal device after the first stage and before the second stage.
3. Other issues:
Sometimes the problem of nitrite or bacteria exceeding the standard in pure water with qualified conductivity will occur, which usually comes from pipelines. At present, most manufacturers lack the necessary pure water pipeline treatment when providing equipment, and some manufacturers may never treat it, resulting in plaque formation after intermittent operation of equipment. After this problem, pure water pipes can only be replaced in a large area, and general cleaning and disinfection are not very easy to use.
Pure water refers to drinking water made by distillation, ion exchange, reverse osmosis or other suitable methods without any additives. The storage period of purified water shall not exceed 24 hours, and its water storage tank shall be made of stainless steel or other materials proved to be non-toxic, corrosion-resistant and free of pollution ions. In order to protect its ventilation holes, a hydrophobic sterilization filter that will not shed fibers should be installed. The inner wall of the storage tank should be smooth, and there should be no dead corners and sand holes in the nozzle and weld.
