In August 1 1, our family of three went to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. We took the bus for 3-4 hours. In Leishan County, we got off and took sightseeing bus into the stockade. As soon as we entered the door, many Miao people stood at the door singing to welcome us. They wear national costumes and gorgeous silver ornaments, and make a lot of noise when they walk. They also gave us rice wine with horns.

Walking into Miao village, you can see a clear river with trees on both sides. Rows of wooden houses are built on the mountain. These houses are called diaojiao buildings. The tour guide said that there are 1000 families and more than 6,000 people here, all of whom are Miao people, making it the largest Miao village in the world.
