On the influence of e-commerce on logistics, as well as the present situation of logistics development under traditional commerce in China and the various influences of modern e-commerce on logistics. Keywords: e-commerce; Logistics; This paper mainly discusses the concept and characteristics of e-commerce, the concept of logistics, the present situation of logistics development under traditional commerce and the influence of modern e-commerce on logistics. Keywords: e-commerce; Logistics; With the development of e-commerce in China, it is found that the logistics supporting the online business activities of tangible goods not only becomes an obstacle to the development of e-commerce, but also becomes a key factor for the smooth progress and development of e-commerce, and at the same time, e-commerce has a series of influences on logistics. 1 concept of e-commerce and logistics 1. 1 concept and characteristics of e-commerce The so-called e-commerce refers to "conducting business activities through electronic means, that is, realizing business activities through electronic information networks such as the Internet, intranet or extranet" [1 e-commerce can improve logistics efficiency, reduce errors and reduce business transaction costs. Moreover, because electronic information is not limited by time and space, it can easily spread commodity information to all parts of the world in time, thus greatly reducing the backlog of commodities and the imbalance of sellers' inventory in various regions caused by invalid information and improving the production and sales rate of commodities. In fact, the most important characteristics of e-commerce are virtuality, globality, convenience and interactivity [2]. 1.2 The concept of logistics refers to the physical movement of materials from suppliers to demanders, which mainly creates time value and place value, and sometimes creates certain processing value. Broadly speaking, logistics generally refers to the transfer of places (or positions) of material entities and their carriers and the occupation of time, that is, the physical flow process of material entities. It is a science developed in order to organically link "supply" and "demand" in order to ensure the smooth progress of social production and achieve good economic benefits under the situation that production and consumption are separated from each other in time and space and are expanding day by day [3]. Due to different logistics objects, different logistics purposes and different logistics scope, different logistics types have been formed. At present, there is no unified view on the classification standard. Many scholars divide logistics into macro logistics and micro logistics. Macro logistics refers to the overall logistics activities of social reproduction. Micro-logistics refers to the actual and specific logistics activities that consumers and producers engage in. 2 The current situation of logistics development of traditional commerce in China is influenced by planned economy. The degree of logistics socialization in China is low, and the logistics organization is scattered. This decentralized and diversified logistics mode leads to chaos in logistics management, and it is difficult to form a unified and effective management. Unreasonable resource allocation makes it difficult for modern logistics enterprises to form the advantages of intensive management and realize scale operation and scale benefit. The utilization rate of logistics facilities is low and the funds are wasted seriously. In addition, China's logistics enterprises have outdated equipment and low efficiency, which leads to a serious shortage of transportation capacity and a "bottleneck" in logistics. In view of the current situation of China's economic development and logistics industry, the Ministry of Commerce issued the Opinions on the Development and Construction of Commodity Logistics (Distribution) Centers. The opinion put forward: "Large and medium-sized storage and transportation enterprises should give full play to the advantages of facilities and services, transform and improve logistics facilities, increase service items and improve service functions, and transform into socialized, modern and information-based logistics centers, while small storage and transportation enterprises and wholesale enterprises with certain storage and transportation facilities should transform into distribution centers [4]. With the emergence and application of e-commerce, the impact of e-commerce on logistics is far-reaching. What impact does e-commerce have on logistics? 3 the impact of e-commerce on logistics The emergence of e-commerce has a great impact on logistics, mainly in the following aspects: 3. 1 the impact on traditional logistics theory. The theories that guide the logistics practice in traditional commerce are: Black Continent Theory [3]. Drucker, a famous management authority, once said that "circulation is a dark continent in the economic field". Drucker's circulation generally refers to all circulation, but because of the fuzziness of logistics activities in the circulation field, the word "black continent" is mainly aimed at logistics now. Logistics iceberg theory [5]. Nishizawa Seo, a professor at Waseda University in Japan, found that the current financial accounting system and accounting methods could not grasp the actual situation of logistics costs, so people's understanding of logistics costs was blank. He compared this situation to a "logistics iceberg", but what we saw was only the part above the ice, which was the tip of the iceberg. The cost center theory [5] holds that logistics only affects the cost of enterprise marketing activities in enterprise strategy, which is an important point of enterprise cost. Therefore, to solve the logistics problem, we should not only rationalize and modernize, but also reduce the cost through a series of logistics activities such as logistics management.
