He has published more than 60 books, about 50 of which are about meteorology. China Climate Division, China Airflow Operation, Crescent Moon Order and Southeast Monsoon and Rainfall in China are all representative works of this period. These papers, like his doctoral thesis "New Classification of Typhoon in the Far East", are regarded by later generations as scientific papers that laid the foundation of modern meteorology in China.
