Analysis on the Profit Quality of Listed Companies-Taking the Shipping Space as an Example Abstract: The continuous improvement of the profit quality is the basis of the sustainable development of enterprises, and it is also an important indicator to measure the financial health of an enterprise. With the continuous development of China's market economy, investors, creditors and enterprise managers are increasingly concerned about the profit quality of enterprises. Profit quality refers to the ability of an enterprise to actually obtain income, which reflects the real income of the company. The statements of many listed companies reflect high profits, but the quality of Qi Dan's profits is not necessarily high. This requires an analysis of its profit quality, so as to help investors and creditors make correct investment decisions. As a systematic financial statement based on income and expenditure, cash flow indicator can truly reflect the quality and actual payment ability of enterprise profits. Based on the research of profit quality analysis methods, this paper expounds several current profit quality analysis methods, and analyzes and evaluates the profit quality of Space Bus Company based on the cash flow profit quality analysis method, finds out the problems existing in the profit quality of the company, and makes a more comprehensive inspection of the operating performance of listed companies.
