Tool: word2003

1. First click the document that cannot be opened on the computer, and then click "Open by" in the pop-up menu.

2. Secondly, after entering the page, choose to use the "word" program, then open the file with the selected program, check the check box, and then click OK in the lower right corner.

3. Then find and open the original boot file of "word" in the computer (usually on the desktop).

4. After entering WORD, click the option icon in the upper left corner, and then click the Word option in the lower right corner to enter.

5. As shown in the figure, click the add-in option in the left navigation bar.

6. Select "word Add-in" in add-in management, then click Go on the right, and finally click OK on the far right to solve the problem that the document cannot be opened. That's all.
