Abstract: Dormitory management in colleges and universities is an important part of college management in China. A good dormitory cultural environment can stimulate students' enterprising consciousness and help them realize self-management and self-education. The new trend of social progress, the popularization and continuous development of higher education, and the diversification of student group characteristics all require the management of student dormitories to keep pace with the times. By analyzing the present situation and characteristics of student dormitory management, this paper points out the common problems in student dormitory management at present, and probes into the dormitory management methods at this stage.
