abstract
Affected by the worsening global financial crisis, the iron and steel industry in China has experienced a sharp drop in price, a sharp drop in output and a sharp increase in the inventory of steel mills 1 month. It is predicted that China's steel industry will face a year or two depression. The iron and steel industry will eventually go out of the downward channel. After the fundamentals of the world economy improve, China iron and steel enterprises will also face the peak of merger and reorganization, and even go bankrupt. By analyzing the existing industry environment with the five-force model, we will choose the corresponding industry development strategy.
Based on the current international financial crisis, this paper predicts the development trend of China iron and steel industry in the next few years by using the modular theory of five-force model. This paper is expected to be divided into five parts to analyze and think about the development strategy of China's iron and steel industry in the face of the international financial crisis.
The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background, significance, research ideas and methods of the thesis under the background of economic crisis. The second chapter is the theoretical basis, which mainly introduces the general situation of China iron and steel industry and the analysis theory of enterprise strategic management. The third chapter analyzes the external environment of China iron and steel industry, starting from the macro environment and micro competition environment. The fourth chapter is to choose the development strategy suitable for China iron and steel industry based on the present situation. The paper puts forward the following development strategies: ① the choice of vertical integration development strategy of industry; (2) the strategic choice of horizontal integration development of the industry; ③R&D development strategy choice and industrial technology innovation.
