I used to hear the teacher in the Science Village say that the human body itself has heat. The reason why we feel warm after putting on clothes is because clothes wrap the heat in our bodies and prevent the heat from radiating out. Therefore, the more clothes you wear, the warmer you get. Without clothes, people will feel colder.
I also learned from the internet that I wear clothes to prevent myself from radiating heat. Man is a warm-blooded animal, emitting heat all the time, and then the heat enters the air layer between clothes and body surface, and clothes ensure that the air with heat does not lose, thus ensuring the temperature of body surface. The normal temperature is 36 degrees. If you are naked, your body exposed to the outside air will change due to the change of the outside air temperature, so if the weather is above 36 degrees, you will feel hot, sweaty and maybe nervous. On the other hand, if the air outside is lower than your body temperature, you will feel cold. If the outside temperature is too low to below zero, the exposed body will be frostbitten, which will be life-threatening for a long time.
Therefore, in order to prevent the change of external temperature from affecting your health, you should wear clothes. Especially in winter, wearing clothes will make you feel warm, but in fact, it is not clothes that raise your body temperature, but the existence of clothes plays a role in keeping warm. It is the same reason that people who used to sell popsicles in the street with wheelbarrows used to cover them with cotton backs. Your body temperature will not change with the outside temperature because of clothes, so the temperature difference makes you feel warm.
The original clothes ensure that the air with heat is not lost, thus ensuring the temperature of the body surface.
