In improving the external environment, it is suggested that government agencies, banks and relevant departments should speed up the establishment of a nationwide personal credit information system to solve the "bottleneck" problem in the development of automobile consumption loans and even all consumer credit businesses. At the same time, government departments should also create favorable conditions for residents' car consumption in terms of car prices, taxes and fees, transportation infrastructure and other aspects. In addition, the improvement of the secondary market of automobile collateral and the promulgation of relevant laws and regulations on consumer credit will contribute to the development of automobile consumer loans.
It is imperative to vigorously develop automobile consumption loans.
