When typesetting, the cover and table of contents should not have headers and page numbers, and the page numbers should start from the text. How to make the catalogue?
It's simple. After inserting the table of contents, insert/separator/continuum at the bottom of the table of contents page where it meets the text. Then set the header and footer. You will see that the table of contents and the body are divided into different parts. The header and footer settings in the body section are different from those in the previous section. Then just enter the header and footer. If you want to display the footer as the first page of text, you should set it in the footer, and the starting page is 0.
