Wang Qian's scientific research achievements
He has published monographs "Research on Copyright Protection under the Network Environment" (Law Press, 20 1 1 Edition) and "On Genetic Discrimination and Its Legal Countermeasures" (Renmin University of China Press, 2005 Edition). Co-authored Research on Indirect Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights (Renmin University of China Press, 2008) and Comparative Study on Internet Copyright Protection between China and Europe (Law Press, 2008), and published more than 80 academic papers and comments.

He has successively presided over the National Social Science Fund Project, Ministry of Justice Project, Ministry of Education Project, National Copyright Administration Project, Ministry of Culture Project, China and EU Information Society Project, Shanghai Education Commission Key Project, Shanghai Shuguang Scholar Project and National Intellectual Property Strategy Research Sub-project.

He has won the second prize for outstanding works in philosophy and social sciences, the gold prize for works and papers of China Science and Technology Law Society, and the excellent paper prize of China University Intellectual Property Research Association. The 4th "Shanghai Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Jurists".

Participated in drafting the Regulations on the Protection of Information Network Communication Rights, and participated in the second revision of the Copyright Law as a member of the expert research group. Often participate in the discussion of difficult issues organized by the court. A series of research results on network copyright protection have become the reference for the court to hear related cases.
