Form spread: Enter "Continued Form xx" at the top of the form on the second page. The specific operation steps are as follows:

1. Step 1: Take an Excel table as an example, and enter "Continue Table" in the cell to be added, as shown in the following figure.

2. Step 2: Click the Print Title option in the Page Layout tab, as shown in the following figure.

3. Step 3: First, set the print area in the opened dialog box, and then set the title line as the line where "Continued Table" is located, as shown in the following figure.

4. Step 4: Click OK to enter the print preview page, and you can see that "Continued Table" has been displayed in the table, as shown in the following figure.
