1. Only after passing the training and examination can you work at your post.

2. Master the basic theory of flotation and the action mechanism of flotation reagents, and be familiar with the technological process and pipeline system of this system.

3. Be familiar with the structure and working principle of the equipment in this position, be able to cooperate with the fitter for maintenance and master the knowledge of equipment maintenance.

4. Be familiar with the requirements of equipment quantity and quality index in this position, master the operation technology of flotation machine, and correctly handle the production failures in this position.

5. Seriously implement the safety operation procedures and post responsibility system.

6. Must wear labor insurance supplies before mount guard.

Second, the preparation before operation:

1. Carefully check the equipment, especially the piping system, and check whether the regulating gate is flexible.

2. Understand the production operation at work and the production plan and coal quality of this class.

3. Prepare flotation reagent, check all lubricating points and inject oil in time.

4. Roughly adjust the liquid level gate.

Third, the operation requirements:

1. Contact the centralized control room and the upper and lower posts when starting, and start the car only after it is confirmed. The sequence is as follows: stirring motor in each chamber → bubble scraper → feeding in slurry preparation device → gates of each oil filling point.

2. According to the index requirements and pulp concentration, adjust the aeration rate, oiling rate and flotation level to meet the production index requirements.

3. During operation, check the operation and lubrication of all running parts.

4. Contact the centralized control room in time, and reasonably adjust the flotation concentration, ore feeding amount, aeration amount, flotation liquid level and dosage according to the working conditions of the flotation machine and the coal quality test results to achieve good separation effect.

5. Get in touch with the upper and lower posts at any time during operation, ensure the uniform feeding of the upper and lower posts, and promote the normal production of the coal slurry treatment system.

6. After parking, close all the gates that should be closed. If the parking time is long, open the ore valve and discharge the ore for washing.

Four. Work after operation:

1. Clean the flotation machine and flotation tank regularly (once a month).

2. Make records of equipment operation, contact maintenance personnel in time for equipment failure, and recover in time.

3. Do a good job in equipment maintenance and post civilized production.

4. Do a good job of hand-over and fill in the hand-over records.
