Brief introduction of Donald Davidson.
Donald Davidson (1965438+March 6, 2007-August 30, 2003) was one of the most important analytical philosophers in the second half of the 20th century and a representative figure of realism. He has taught at Stanford University, Princeton University, University of Chicago and University of California, Berkeley. Davidson's thoughts are embodied in a series of papers published since the 1960s, mainly focusing on philosophy of mind, philosophy of language, metaphysics and epistemology, which has also had an important impact on the revival of ethics and American pragmatism.
