Hello everyone! I am a student of XXX project management class. My thesis is entitled "Project Management Planning of Training Building of Information Engineering College". The reason why I chose to study this topic is that I personally think it is more in line with my major. Usually like and good at organizing activities. When I set out to prepare my thesis writing, I read a lot of relevant materials for the proposition of project management planning, got a general understanding, determined the research direction on the basis of clearing my mind, and then discussed with the teacher to determine the general idea and research direction of the thesis. Then, in order to complete the thesis, I collected a large number of documents, mainly from online papers and periodicals, library bibliographies, and theoretical materials of learning materials. With the patient guidance and help of Xu Hongnian's tutor, I read the main reference materials, drew up an outline and wrote the first draft of the opening report.
Let me report the first chapter of the graduation project. Project Overview This project is a new 6-story information training building in Xiangfan College, with a building area of 3500m2 and a building height of 22.4m The building category is Class III building, with a fire resistance rating of Class II, a seismic fortification intensity of 6 degrees and a building safety rating of Class II. The planned construction period of this project is 270 days, and it is planned to start on XX.
Chapter two, general arrangement of construction. Clearly define the main organizations and responsibilities of the project department, specify the project duration, quality, construction environment and safety objectives, and briefly describe the construction sequence and deployment principles of the project.
The third chapter, the main partial project construction technical scheme. According to the construction sequence, the survey scheme, earthwork, foundation and main reinforcement, formwork engineering, concrete engineering, decoration engineering and roofing engineering requirements and construction scheme of this project are expounded in detail.
The fourth chapter calculates the quantities of the main step-by-step sub-projects and lists the quantities list according to each quota. The fifth and seventh chapters design the construction schedule and resource demand plan respectively on the basis of the calculation of engineering quantity in the fourth chapter.

My name is XX, and I'm majoring in engineering management from School of Economics and Management. The tutor of this thesis is Mr. XX. The topic of my graduation thesis is XX research. Let me first report the reasons for choosing this paper, the background of the topic, the basic writing ideas, theoretical and practical significance.
First of all, let me state the reasons for my writing. After graduation, I signed a job as a budget officer in a company. Then last year, I participated in an innovative experiment project for college students about information disclosure in local science and technology departments. After consulting relevant materials and some surveys, I think that one of the important reasons for the chaotic construction market, the slow promotion of integration and the low profit rate of the industry is that the project cost is difficult to be informationized and the project cost information is seriously opaque. Such a market environment is difficult to form a market competition mechanism of survival of the fittest, and it is also difficult to improve the concentration of informatization among enterprises, and the market will be full of disorderly and vicious competition. Therefore, I think I chose "Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Information Construction of Construction Cost of Construction Enterprises" in combination with my major and experience. From the perspective of enterprise internal integration, I have summarized three points: if all levels of software work independently, an integrated system cannot be formed; Because it is difficult to calculate, collect and count information, it is impossible to feedback the system in real time and integrate the system; Because of the difference between the construction industry and the manufacturing industry, it is very difficult to integrate the data of physical quantities. My solution is based on the cost analysis framework, and a four-in-one integrated system is built.
From the analysis of external cooperation of enterprises, I have summarized two points: the price information changes rapidly, the information between enterprises is out of sync, and it is difficult to coordinate between enterprises; The conflict of interests between suppliers and cost parties leads to poor accuracy and transparency of information, which indirectly affects information cooperation between enterprises. My solution is to design two sets of solutions from the internal and external perspectives of enterprises to solve the information collaboration between enterprises and solve the problem of transparent information disclosure.
Connecting with foreign advanced technology, I found that the blind internationalization of construction enterprises can be summarized as two points. Learning technology through Nolan model can't achieve a leap in the development stage, and it will still be at a disadvantage in international competition if it doesn't learn the most advanced technology. Because we only learn foreign technology and don't trust the system, it leads to the abnormal development of informatization. My solution is to learn from the application of the most advanced BIM4D technology abroad in project cost informatization and keep up with the international pace; Constructing American trust mechanism to promote the healthy development of cost informatization.
From the perspective of personnel, low quality and the combination of professional technology and information technology are the biggest problems at present. The solution is to increase investment in personnel training, online flow management of personnel in cities and counties, and membership services.
After writing this paper, I feel that the organization is not very strict and the information collected is not enough. But through my own thinking, the solution I came up with is meaningful and needs constant practice to verify the correctness of the theory.
