Its working principle is to install valves and irrigation hoses on the water supply pipeline, open these control valves through micro-control (manual), and irrigate with water pipes. In the current greenhouse, this kind of irrigation system is more common. Irrigation hoses usually use plastic hoses made of PE, PVC and other materials. It should have the advantages of easy installation, simple use, convenient management, low cost and not easy to block. The shortage of pipeline irrigation system is that the labor force is large, the irrigation efficiency is not high, and it is difficult to control water quantity and fertilize, so this irrigation system needs to be combined with other irrigation systems such as drip irrigation.
Second, the greenhouse drip irrigation system
Drip irrigation system is widely used for irrigation of agricultural and forestry crops in various environments, and it is a relatively water-saving irrigation method. Drip irrigation emitters include drippers, drip irrigation, drip irrigation belts, drip arrows, etc. In the greenhouse, the drip irrigation system is arranged on the surface of the greenhouse or the drip irrigation pipe is buried 30cm underground. In greenhouse irrigation, drip irrigation is one of the more advanced irrigation methods, which mainly has the functions of saving water, saving labor, preventing insects, increasing production and increasing efficiency, and facilitating water and fertilizer management. Drip irrigation requires higher water quality. According to greenhouse production and climatic conditions, drip irrigation system can be combined with micro-sprinkler irrigation or pipeline irrigation. The high-temperature drying room should be combined with micro-sprinkler irrigation or pipeline irrigation to adjust the greenhouse climate, and drip irrigation system should be adopted in low-temperature season.
Three, greenhouse micro sprinkler irrigation system
The irrigation system that irrigates crops by spraying water is called micro-sprinkler irrigation system. Its emitters are usually various micro-nozzles, spray guns, porous tubes and so on. Under normal circumstances, micro-sprinklers are often hung upside down on the greenhouse framework for irrigation. Micro-sprinkler irrigation system has the characteristics of water saving, labor saving, energy saving, cooling and humidifying, topdressing with water and easy automatic control. However, it is easy to produce high humidity in low temperature and rainy season, which leads to an increase in diseases.
Four, greenhouse self-propelled sprinkler
This so-called sprinkler is actually a micro sprinkler system, but its irrigation uniformity is high and it can be used mobile. Self-propelled sprinkler is also a walking track hanging on the greenhouse frame, and then it can move and spray by itself when working. Usually, this kind of sprinkler irrigation system will be equipped with dosing equipment to fertilize and spray chemicals on crops, and its nozzle and micro-nozzle can be replaced according to the purpose of irrigation and spraying.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) porous pipe micro-irrigation system in greenhouse
Porous pipes can be used as micro-sprinkler irrigation or drip irrigation, and irrigation is carried out by machining water holes on thin-walled plastic hoses. The system is used for drip irrigation under plastic film in greenhouse field, which can uncover plastic film in high temperature season and can also be used for micro-sprinkler irrigation. Porous pipe micro-irrigation system in greenhouse is economical and practical, suitable for greenhouse and solar greenhouse, and has the characteristics of anti-blocking and low cost, but the irrigation uniformity of this system is relatively low and its service life is usually short.
