Section 3 Evaluation Conditions for Senior Professional Titles
First, the reporting conditions
(1) Requirements for academic qualifications and qualifications.

(2) Be familiar with the basic characteristics of clinical medication, be able to participate in the formulation of drug treatment plans, accurately analyze the clinical medication results, find out all kinds of irrational drug use phenomena in prescriptions and doctor's orders in time, and put forward opinions on the adjustment of clinical medication.
(3) Having practical ability in drug quality management, drug dispensing, pharmaceutical outpatient service, drug recombination service, pharmaceutical service, pharmaceutical education service and pharmaceutical information service, and being able to correctly guide junior pharmacists to carry out pharmaceutical services.
(4) Focus on the evaluation from the dimensions of technical ability, quality and safety, and take the pharmaceutical care rate, the number of drug treatment cases, the number of business management projects, the number of drug quality reports and the number of patient safety cases as important indicators. 2. Chief Pharmacist
(1) Be proficient in basic theoretical knowledge and skills in a certain field of pharmacy, such as clinical pharmacy, pharmacology, pharmacy, clinical pharmacology, etc. , and have certain professional knowledge.
