Legs have the strength to carry the body, which is the foundation of stability. "It can be seen that the leg is the solid foundation of the body, the carrier of body movement and the main part of organizing offensive and defensive fighting. If you hold and control your legs by copying, twisting, lifting, dividing, tripping, pressing, etc., you can shift your center of gravity, make your body lose balance and fall to the ground, and lose your ability to attack and defend. Controlling your opponent's legs is a skill to fall and a magic weapon to win your opponent. Therefore, in Sanda competition, it is extremely important to control the opponent's legs. Now how to skillfully hold the legs is introduced as follows, for the reference of Wushu and Sanda lovers.

First, copy and keep your legs down.

The other person's left leg supports the body and the right leg is raised to my chest; I stepped forward with my left foot and grabbed my right leg with both hands (figure 1). Then, I turned right and became a walker, with my legs bent and crouched, and my left shoulder passed under the opponent's right leg and hugged (Figure 2). Without stopping, put your feet on the ground, straighten your legs forcibly, hunch your upper body forward, grab your opponent's right leg and ankle with both hands, and move up and down, making him fall to the ground over me (Figure 3).

Key points: Hold your legs firmly in time, turn around and squat quickly. When lifting your legs, push your legs to the ground, lift your left shoulder forward, lean forward, and move your hands forward and down. Put your feet on the ground, straighten your legs, lift your legs and pull them in coordination to ensure the overall strength is fast.

Second, the legs are twisted outward.

The other person's right leg propped up the body and the left leg pushed to my chest; I took a step forward with my left foot and flashed forward with my right foot. At the same time, I hold the opponent's left heel with my left hand and the opponent's right palm with my right hand (Figure 4). Then, I grabbed each other's left leg with both hands, pulled it back and twisted it outward (Figure 5). Constantly twist the opponent's left leg to make it stand unsteadily, and at the same time twist it outward, lift the leg upward, and twist it outward and turn to the ground (Figure 6).

Key points: Grasp the legs in time, make rapid progress in flicker, and coordinate the pulling, twisting and lifting movements. Twist outward hard and lift the left leg of the opponent.

Third, throw your legs.

The other person's right leg propped up the body and the left leg pushed to my chest; I took a step forward with my left foot and flashed forward with my right foot. At the same time, my left hand holds my opponent's left heel and my right hand holds his right palm (Figure 7). Then, I grabbed the opponent's left leg, pulled it back smoothly, straightened it, and lifted its left leg upward, making its right foot lift and stand unsteadily (Figure 8). I didn't stop, I lifted my opponent's left leg up and pushed his leg forward, making it fall backwards to the ground (Figure 9).

Key points: Grasp the legs in time, make rapid progress by dodging, and move forward in coordination with pulling, lifting and pushing. Lift and push the opponent's left leg up hard.

Fourth, hold your legs and rotate.

The other person's right leg propped up the body and the left leg pushed to my chest; The right front of my left leg flashed upward, and at the same time, my left hand grasped the left heel of the opponent and my right hand grasped the right palm of the opponent (Figure 10). Then, I grabbed each other's left leg with both hands and pulled it back, making each other's right leg fall to the ground. My upper body turns left, and my left hand pulls my opponent's heel inward and upward, while my right hand presses my opponent's left palm outward and downward (Figure 1 1). I didn't stop. I continued to externally rotate my opponent's left leg with both hands, so that my opponent was twisted to the ground (Figure 12).

Key points: Grasp the legs in time, make rapid progress in flashing, and coordinate the pulling and outward twisting of the legs. Twist your opponent's left leg outward with force.

Fifth, don't break your leg.

The other person's right leg propped up the body and the left leg pushed to my chest; At the same time, the left hand grasps the opponent's left heel and the right hand is raised above the opponent's left leg (Figure 13). Then, I leaned forward and hugged each other's left thigh with my right arm. My left arm extends from my opponent's crotch to the back of my opponent's right leg and leans against the back of my opponent's right thigh, and my left arm leans against the inside of my opponent's left thigh (Figure 14). Without stopping, my left shoulder and left arm pressed forward to the opponent's left thigh, and my left hand pressed away from the back of the opponent's right thigh. I used the power of my left arm to lift the pole and the opponent fell to the ground (Figure 15).

Key points: copy the leg in time, the right arm should firmly grasp the opponent's left leg, the left arm should be stretched out under the opponent's crotch, the shoulder and the big arm should be forced against the inside of the opponent's left thigh, and the left hand should be pressed against his right leg outward, and the force should be coordinated quickly.

Sixth, hold the leg and cut the neck and fall

When the other person's left leg supports the body and the right leg pushes against my crotch; My left foot stepped forward and turned into a left lunge, and my left hand grabbed the neck of the opponent's right foot (Figure 16).

Then, I pulled my left hand backward, lifted the opponent's right leg upward with the help of the pedal, and quickly hooked my right foot on the outside of the opponent's left leg, and my right hand extended from the right side of the opponent's head and neck (Figure 17).

Without stopping, I lifted my opponent's right leg with my left hand and lifted it to the upper left. I pressed my right hand on the right back side of the opponent's head and neck, and hit the opponent to the ground (Figure 18).

Key points: Grab the other person's right leg and neck in time and take a quick step. Hook legs should cooperate to lift the opponent's right leg to the front left and the right hand to the rear right, and the force should be overall and fast.

Seven, tripping after holding the leg.

When the opponent's right leg supports his body and kicks my right rib with his left calf; I left my foot forward, my left arm grabbed the left leg kicked by the opponent, and at the same time my left palm pushed forward on the left shoulder of the opponent (Figure 19). Then, my right leg stepped forward behind the outside of the opponent's right leg and grabbed the opponent's right leg (Figure 20). Without stopping, my right leg should not trip over the opponent's right leg, at the same time, my right arm should hold his left leg and lift it forward, and my left hand should push the opponent's left shoulder and chest forward to make him fall to the ground (Figure 2 1).

Key points: copy the leg in time, make rapid progress, hang the leg steadily, lift the leg with the right arm and send it forward. Push the shoulder with the left hand in front of the right leg and don't trip over the right leg of the other party. At the same time, exert your strength, be whole and fast.

Eight, hold your legs and retreat.

The opponent's right foot moves forward and becomes a right lunge. Meanwhile, he punched me in the face with his left hand. I stepped forward with my right foot and turned into a right lunge. My right hand grabbed his wrist (Figure 22). Then, I held his left wrist in my right hand, pulled the belt backwards with the power of my fist, and put my left foot on the back side of the other side's left leg, tripping the other side's right leg. My upper body leans forward slightly, and my left arm protrudes from my opponent's crotch (Figure 23). I didn't stop. My left arm leaned against the upper side of the opponent's right thigh, and my left hand didn't press the back of the opponent's left calf. While forcibly pressing his leg, my left shoulder leaned against the other person's abdomen, leaning on it, and fell to the ground sideways (Figure 24).

Key points: grasp the wrist in time, step on the body quickly, and at the same time lead the arm into the body, and put the left arm into the crotch; The left arm should be straight, the opponent's leg should be coordinated with the left shoulder and lean against the opponent's abdomen. The strength should be whole and fast.

Nine, hold your legs tightly and kneel on your knees.

The other side supported the body with his left leg and kicked my chest with his right high leg; I stepped forward with my left foot, and my upper body turned slightly to the right, blocking the other side's leg with my left arm (Figure 25). Then, I grabbed the opponent's right leg with my left arm, and stepped on the inside and back of the opponent's left leg with my right foot forward to avoid tripping his left leg. I turn left on my upper body and press my right hand on the inside of my opponent's right knee joint (Figure 26). Without stopping, my right leg should not trip over the other's left leg. I pressed my opponent's right leg forward with my chest, and my right hand forcibly pushed the inside of his right knee forward, pushing him to the ground without tripping (Figure 27).

Key points: the left arm should block the kick of the opponent's right leg in time, firmly grasp the opponent's right leg and step on it quickly. Don't trip the opponent's left leg so that it can't change. Don't push the knee in coordination with the other leg. The strength should be overall and the force should be fast.

Ten, hold your legs and fall.

The opponent stepped forward with his left foot and turned into a right lunge. Meanwhile, he punched me in the face with his right hand. My left foot took a step forward and became a left lunge. At the same time, the upper body dives forward and the left shoulder leans against the opponent's abdomen. My hand holds his leg from the outside to the back of his leg (Figure 28). Then, my right foot took a step forward and became a step forward. I put my feet on the ground, my arms caught each other's legs, and lifted each other up hard (Figure 29). Without stopping, I took a step to the left with my left foot, and leaned back to the right with my upper body, letting the other person pass by me and fell to the ground from top to bottom (Figure 30).

Key points: dive quickly, rest your left shoulder on your opponent's abdomen and hold your opponent's legs with both hands. The force exerted by the two pedals should be coordinated with the action of holding the legs and shoulders upward with both hands, and the force should be integrated and rapid. After reciting, I will follow the inertia of the opponent's punching power and the strength of the upper body leaning forward. I leaned back to the right and fell. I followed the trend.

Hold your legs tightly before you fall.

The opponent stepped forward with his left foot and turned into a right lunge. Meanwhile, he punched me in the face with his right hand. I quickly put my left foot in front of my opponent's crotch and it became a left lunge. At the same time, I leaned forward and dived, and put my left shoulder against each other's abdomen. My hand holds his leg from the outside to the back of his leg (Figure 3 1). Then, I lean my left shoulder forward against the other person's abdomen, pull the other person's legs back and forth with my hands, and lift the other person in the air (Figure 32). Without stopping, my left shoulder continued to push forward against the other person's abdomen, and my upper body tilted forward and downward, causing the other person to fall backwards to the ground (Figure 33).

Key points: dive quickly, rest your left shoulder on your opponent's abdomen and hold your opponent's legs with both hands. The two hands pulling the other leg in front of the shoulder should be coordinated, and the force should be integrated and fast.

12. Hold your legs tightly and don't fall.

The opponent stepped forward with his left foot and turned into a right lunge. At the same time, he swung his left fist on my right ear. I quickly put my left foot in front of my opponent's crotch and it became a left lunge. At the same time, I leaned forward and dived, and put my left shoulder against each other's abdomen. My left hand reaches under my opponent's crotch and hugs his left thigh, and my right hand hugs his left thigh from the outside of his left leg (Figure 34). Then, hold each other's left leg with both hands and pull it up. My left leg sticks out from my opponent's crotch, so don't mix it with the inside and back of his right leg (Figure 35). Don't stop, my left leg didn't trip my opponent's right leg. I put my arms around each other's left leg and turned right. When my right hand pulls my opponent's left leg to the right, I press his left thigh forward and backward with my left shoulder, chest and left arm, making him fall to the ground to the left (Figure 36).

Key points: dive quickly in the previous step, with the left arm as far as possible against the left thigh, the right hand as far as possible against the left thigh, hold hands firmly, step on the left leg quickly, straighten the left leg, and do not trip over the right leg. Turn around and lift your opponent's left leg up to the right with your right hand. The power of the left shoulder, chest and arm to the right, forward and down should be coordinated, and the power should be integrated and rapid.
