According to my own collection and arrangement of various information, through feasibility analysis and the topic given by the teacher, I completed the topic selection of this design. At the end of the topic, I carefully read the relevant information, combined with my actual situation and the design time and task, and finally completed the opening report.
Third, the phased results:
1, through the understanding of 10t bridge crane and the explanation given to us by the teacher, it can be regarded as a general understanding of 10t bridge crane. Documents about 10t bridge crane were collected in the early stage, which made necessary preparations for future design.
2. In the middle period, some information about 10t bridge crane was found mainly according to the reference materials. First of all, I have a general understanding of its components, followed by general design methods, and started some basic structural design.
3. CAD drawing and design specification of assembly drawing are being carried out.
Fourth, the main problems:
As this is the first time that I independently designed the overall design of 10t bridge crane, the initial progress was not very smooth. But I don't have much knowledge in this field. I need to find more relevant materials in the library and online to have a deeper understanding of the knowledge about cranes. But I firmly believe that as long as I work hard and under the guidance of my tutor, I can solve all the problems one by one and finally complete my graduation project smoothly.
