On Mental Health of Secondary Vocational School Students —— Cultivation of Healthy Psychology of Secondary Vocational School Students
Most students in secondary vocational schools have poor performance or poor learning ability in junior high school. When they arrive at vocational schools, they lack perseverance, are not diligent in learning, are not willing to learn, and are not good at learning, so that learning cannot achieve good results. How to strengthen the cultivation of students' mental health in secondary vocational schools has become the primary problem faced by our secondary vocational school teachers. I have outlined the cultivation of healthy psychology of secondary vocational school students from the following four aspects, hoping to discuss with all my colleagues. First, stimulate and mobilize students' learning motivation and enhance their sense of achievement motivation. Second, correct guidance to enhance students' self-confidence. Third, parents of the school cooperate closely to help students overcome dependence. Fourth, help students to establish a correct outlook on job selection and employment.
Secondary vocational school students; Learning; Psychology; cultivate
The rapid social change and the pursuit of individuality are bound to have a far-reaching impact on the mental health of vocational school students. Too much emphasis on the accumulation of knowledge and the improvement of grades has neglected the development of students' personality and sociality, resulting in the one-sided development of many students' psychology. Therefore, teachers are encouraged to create an open environment in school education, so that students' personality and wisdom can be reflected and students can be fully, freely and comprehensively developed. Stimulating students' independent development of psychological resources can promote students' mental health and promote the mastery and absorption of knowledge.
First, stimulate and mobilize students' learning motivation and enhance their sense of achievement motivation.
1. Grasp the characteristics of students' interests and stimulate their learning motivation. Secondary vocational school students' perception of things is often based on intuitive likes and dislikes rather than rational analysis. Grasping students' interest in class, they are often interested in new things, changing things and contradictory things, jokes and humorous stories, beautiful things, competitions and games. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to cultivating students' interest in learning, grasp students' interest points from the content and form of classroom teaching, attract students and improve classroom teaching effect.
2. Help students gain a sense of success and enhance their learning motivation. Students in secondary vocational schools encounter all kinds of setbacks and failures, which easily lead to anxiety, anxiety, anger and other negative emotions, thus preventing them from studying hard. On the contrary, the sense of success can make students relaxed and happy and increase their interest in learning. In the teaching process, teachers should always praise and encourage these students, be persuasive and inspiring, and build their self-confidence. Appreciating and motivating students more will bring them more successful experiences. Let them learn actively in understanding, trusting and appreciating, and feel the mystery of knowledge and the fun of learning.
Second, the correct guidance to enhance students' self-confidence
1. Teachers should make more positive comments on students. Students' judgment ability is weak, and teachers' psychological projection is the main source of students' self-evaluation. Students need to build self-confidence from the positive comments given by teachers. If you write a report, you can evaluate his intelligence and ability. Write some inspiring language, he thinks he is really like this, and he dares to do it himself if something happens; If you always say that he is stupid and worthless, he will feel that he really can't do it and lose the confidence to do it himself.
2. Cherish students' success. When students do something by themselves or follow the teacher's instructions, the teacher's affirmation and encouragement can have a positive psychological effect. The proper compliment is the rain and dew that moistens self-confidence. For example:? The teacher is really happy that you can get along well with your classmates. ? This will make students confident in their communication. Students put forward some suggestions to you. Listen and say: Your suggestions are worthy of my acceptance and make me happy. ? Students experience their own judgment from your reaction. Trust students and encourage them to participate.
3. Give students more opportunities to get rid of failure and achieve virtual success. Although frustration can make people lose confidence, it can be transformed in another positive way. Teachers should constantly create virtual opportunities for success in teaching and activities. Let students with low self-esteem unconsciously participate in it, enjoy the happiness of success and gain enough self-confidence. If students don't do things well in the opportunities they create, teachers will accuse them, even sarcastically, which will not only make students lose confidence, but also oppose you.
4. train students? A skill? . Every student may have a skill. Careful teachers pay attention to students? Unique way? Once he discovers a special potential, he will enthusiastically use this situation to strengthen and develop this potential by affirming, encouraging and creating conditions. When students realize that they are better than others in some respect, that they are not worse than others in all aspects, and there is no need to doubt that others discriminate against them, self-confidence and courage arise and gradually lead to success.
Third, parents of the school cooperate closely to help students overcome dependence.
Helping students overcome learning dependence is a long-term process, and only with the cooperation of schools and parents can good results be achieved. Only when students develop good learning attitudes and habits in school can they get rid of dependence and learn independently. There are several ways to help students overcome dependence:
1. Stimulate students' interest in learning. Interest is the intrinsic motivation of students' active learning. If students are interested in learning, they can have a yearning for learning. They will be forced to learn, and I want to learn. At this time, they can get rid of dependence and study more actively.
2. Encourage students to think independently. For students who are lazy to think in their studies, teachers should gradually help them learn to think and solve problems by themselves. When they have questions, let the students think for themselves, and then give comments after the students say their ideas, tell them the answers and praise them in time. In this process, we should also guide them to realize the happiness of thinking and solving problems after thinking, so that students can gradually get rid of dependence.
3. Start with daily life. Please ask parents not to help them in their studies, and let the students bear the consequences of their actions. After a period of time, students can no longer rely on their parents in these small things related to learning, and their autonomy in learning will be improved.
Fourth, help students to establish a correct outlook on job selection and employment.
In view of the deviation of most secondary vocational school students' employment view, the school should vigorously carry out the education of students' employment view. From the time students enter secondary vocational schools, they should be given special education in a planned way, including employment form education, personal career design, enterprise employment standards and so on. Teachers should help students analyze their own advantages and disadvantages, let students put their positions in order, and establish the concept of employment first, career choice later and entrepreneurship later. Vocational school students should also enhance their awareness of actively choosing jobs and give full play to their wisdom and talents.
In short, secondary vocational school students should be trained to have a healthy psychology, work hard in study, be strict in life, and be innovative and enterprising in thought and action. Cultivate their healthy psychology, stimulate their interest in learning professional knowledge, learn a skill and become useful talents in society. Cultivating their healthy psychological quality is also of great significance to the implementation of quality education and the cultivation of qualified talents with all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique.
