1. First, draw a wavy outline on the tire with 3d drawing, open the 3d software, create a new part sketch, draw the tire outline and rotating shaft, and create the original tire model.

2. Secondly, use the "Round" command to create a round of 10mm on both sides of the tire.

3. Finally, draw a sketch of the tire pattern on the newly built plane, add volume and stretch symmetrically, and you can draw a wavy outline.
