But what is precipitated is the nutrient elements that affect people's life. Young people's restlessness, courage, youth and strength have nourished the lives of young people from generation to generation.
My educational life experience made me realize:
School is not the only place to educate people. People's education is completed in the process of their own growth. Only life is the source of education, and the process of growth is the length of education. Even if a child goes out with his parents to beg for a living and wanders around the world, education will happen. Don't give schools unlimited functions.
No matter how healthy a person is, how rich his knowledge is and how extensive his knowledge is, if his emotional development is not perfect, he is still a defective person. Nowadays, schools often pay attention to its utility and instrumentality, ignoring or giving up the life creation and experience transformation of children's emotional development.
Reading is the best way for people's intellectual and emotional development. Sometimes a person's emotional development history is a reading history. If a person has not been touched by the characters and stories in the book, then his emotional development is problematic. Without reading, there would be no rich life and rich emotions; The development of emotion is perfect, which constructs human virtue and develops into a sound personality.
So far, this is still my creed of adhering to the original ecology of education.
Turn around and run a school
After graduating from college, I participated in the selection of the organization department of the provincial party Committee and came to work in Shengli Oilfield.
One day in August, 20001year, after working comfortably in an educational institution 16, I had a meeting in Jinan and got a call from the organization department asking me to go back and "take the post of school principal".
My first reaction was to refuse: I am almost forty years old and don't want to be a principal!
However, when it is difficult for enterprises to run schools, the two main leaders in the department hope that I can practice a school and find a new way to run schools. I hesitated, but I obeyed the organization's decision. On a sunny morning in September, I took Dewey's Democracy and Education to office.
The school is located at the westernmost end of the west side of Dongying City. It is a primary school established in the later period of the oilfield. The students are mainly the children of frontline workers in power supply and oil production plants, and their quality is not high. Due to historical reasons and realistic conditions, compared with traditional old schools and famous schools, there is a gap in school-running level and cultural background.
On the second day of my arrival at school, I held a meeting of middle-level cadres and announced that the vice president would take charge of the work, so I "retired". For a whole month, I squatted in the temporary office of the school, thinking hard, observing, thinking and studying. A month later, I gave a lecture to all the teachers. I remember it was a Saturday morning. I will talk about Kan Kan, from the trend of international education reform to the analysis of the development of basic education in China and the problems existing in oilfield education, and then focus on the school and analyze its eight disadvantages and advantages. Finally, I propose: build the core competitiveness of the school and become a prestigious school within five years!

Before I got to school, the words "study hard and make progress every day" were posted on the front of the teaching building, shining in the sun. In order not to cause the misunderstanding of "changing cards", I explained the meaning of this sentence: as a basic education school, the primary school stage is to lay the foundation for children's lifelong learning, final development and lifelong happiness. Parents can reserve material wealth for their children, but they may not be able to give them a happy life. Primary education should store spiritual wealth and life value for children, including emotion, morality, personality, knowledge, ability, psychology and physical fitness. Let the children enjoy it for life, so as to truly realize the happiness of life. In the winter of 200 1, I have been looking for a school-running model suitable for this primary school. Once, I was stuck in a heavy snow on the Wei Yan Expressway, and I couldn't move forward. I hurried to catch the train and had a traffic accident. On April 3, 2002, my footsteps stayed beside the New Century Park in Pudong New Area, sitting in the classroom of Haitong Primary School, feeling the impact of a brand-new teaching model. I finally determined that the core competitiveness of this school is: implementing small classes, boarding and bilingual teaching, and creating a "happy education" that adapts to the happy growth of children!
This year, we established the Yellow River Bilingual School using the site of the cancelled deaf-mute school.
Five years later, the school became a recognized characteristic school and a high-quality school, which won the trust and praise of parents and society: the number of students increased from more than 500 to more than 1600 (due to the limitation of school buildings, it could not be expanded any more) ... all these benefited from the diligent pursuit and practice of "happiness education".
Happiness and dreams

The headmaster personally met with Xiao Doudou and listened carefully to his two-hour conversation. In this "alternative" "school", there are only 7 ~ 8 students in each class, and there are more than 50 children in the whole school. Take classes in the tram classroom that children like. Before class, the teacher lists the knowledge that needs to be learned in Chinese, mathematics and other disciplines, not one by one, but let the children choose what to learn first. In the morning, I finished my study task and had no homework. In the afternoon, the teacher took the children for a walk in the forest, listened to the sounds of nature, and observed birds nesting in the forest and taking muddy roads. ...
This is the child's life, this is the child's world, and this is the school in the child's heart!
And what about our school? It is a school founded according to the rules of adult games, and it is not an exaggeration to call it a "civilized prison". Please see, the magnificent doors make children daunting, the angular classrooms make children feel depressed, and the class institutions established according to society make children at a loss ... Responsible person and responsibility
On April 2, 2007, more than 20 people, including the secretary and district head of Fangzi District, Weifang City, Shandong Province, came to our Happiness Education School to attend classes, visit and visit.
It turned out that with the shrinking of students, Fangzi District cancelled vocational schools. In the abandoned campus, the current government decided to build a high-quality nine-year compulsory education school. Because others introduced us to our successful school-running model, the main leaders came to learn from it.
I introduced the school-running concept and development process. On the way back, the joint meeting of the district committee and government decided to introduce happiness education mode and establish Beihai bilingual school.
Fangzi District deployed forces to build new schools and recruited principals for the whole country. However, due to various reasons, the management and enrollment were not ideal, so the district education bureau found me and wanted to "dig" me to Weifang. I didn't agree, because I couldn't bear to leave nearly 2000 teachers and students here, and I had to cultivate and support my own leaders. Finally, they negotiated with our superior party Committee and "borrowed" me to be the principal of Beihai Bilingual, so as to set up the school first.
My idea is simple: education is the cause of great love. No matter where the school is and whose school it belongs to, as long as it is run well, more children in China will benefit and grow better. Why not "have fun"?
Of course, "happiness" means a kind of responsibility and responsibility. So, I started the "Twin City Love" between two schools in two cities 160 km.
Fangzi Town, where the school is located, was opened at 1890. It was colonized by Germans and Japanese, so many German and Japanese buildings are still preserved. The culture of the new school was also found in 1904 sogou girls' primary school founded by Germans. Later, we also developed a local course-Fang Zi Xue.
The campus is being demolished and the construction site is in a mess. There are no teachers, no students, no facilities ... In the voice of local people's doubts about running a school, we began to "recruit".
Without a fixed school district and students, it is difficult to open a new school and recruit students for the whole society. It was an unforgettable day. I must run my own school well and start a new school in a strange place. I have devoted almost all my energy and sweat. I often drive between cities alone, maybe in the morning, maybe at night, maybe at the weekend, depending on the situation of the schools on both sides. One night, I was driving alone on the highway, and it was raining cats and dogs outside. I can't see the road clearly and can't move forward, so I have to stop and wait in the thunder and lightning. Except for the occasional big truck passing by slowly, I was alone in the horrible wilderness ... We achieved the goal of enrolling students and starting school that year-from the district party Committee and government to the investor Tiantong Company, we gave the greatest support. The flower of happiness education is blooming in the ancient land!
By 2009, the school has become a famous local school with distinctive features and high teaching quality. People see a fact, a hope and an expectation from happiness education. Therefore, the Municipal Education Bureau and the District Committee jointly made a decision to take out rural primary schools and form a happy education school alliance, which I will jointly undertake.
Starting from Fenghuang Primary School, there are six schools, followed by 12 school. I also took 12 rural primary school principals to study and practice happiness education. We have designed a school-running system in which education administrative departments, happiness education research centers and social evaluation institutions manage, operate, evaluate and promote each other. Soon, the Happy Education Alliance School has undergone tremendous changes in curriculum, teachers and students, and the quality of education and teaching has improved rapidly, which has been well received by parents. Later, it was identified as "Fangzi School-running Mode" in many national and provincial surveys, and was promoted by the Provincial Department of Education.
During my days as a principal in Shandong, I experienced the educational experience of city schools, rural schools, public schools and private schools, and gained a deeper understanding of the basic education in China.
20 1 1 I came to Beijing from the local area to be the principal of a school in Haidian District, the highland of education in China. Many people ask me: Why did you come to Beijing? The answer is simple: I want to make happy education a capital and bring quality education to more children!
Now, I have been a principal in Beijing for three years, and together with the teachers, I have made Yuquan Primary School a quality school. Although we are not satisfied, we continue to climb, and the school-running paradigm of happy education will surely bear fruit.

A child named Liangzi, whose grandmother is my former colleague, told me that she planned to transfer in the summer vacation because her parents were transferred to Qingdao. When school starts in autumn, I can't help asking: Why haven't you moved away?
My colleague told me: Didn't the school build a "Happy Train Classroom"? She hasn't enjoyed it yet, and she can't transfer it. She wants to stay here and feel the taste of the "happiness train".
In fact, the scenery and education in Qingdao are much better than ours. But why don't children want to go? It is the "happy train" and the happy campus life behind it that deeply attracts children!
This is only a case of Shandong.
For a long time, our architects like to design and build teaching buildings according to the perspectives and ideas of adults. From drawing design to construction, from color design to modeling appearance, children's voices will not listen. In 2006, we finally had the opportunity to build our own classroom, so we gave the architectural design right to the children: let the children decide the appearance of the classroom. In the colorful spring, rows of green and moving train classrooms stand in our campus, becoming a beautiful scenery that children like. Teachers and children are willing to name this row of classrooms "Happy Train".
Rousseau, a great educator, affirmed: "Children are not reduced adult models." Yes, what reason do we have to ask a 6-year-old child to live according to our adult model? !
Every day, I stand at one end of the "happiness train", watching how children like chirping birds get on and off the bus happily and feel the happy campus life. My heart is always filled with raindrops of comfort and touch: education is life, and life is the children's world.
Let the school become the ideal place for children and the place they yearn for every day. When they see the school from a distance, they will cheer, not frown. This is an ideal good school. If children are tired of campus and classrooms, then our education has failed before it has started.
Education should turn students' happy life into a free experience.
2011March 2 1 day, I walked into the traditional school gate of Yuquan primary school under the leadership of the Education Committee, and when I was ready to announce the appointment, I secretly vowed to build a favorite campus for the children as soon as possible.
After I took office, I set up a school culture research institute, invited a group of thoughtful and creative teachers to participate, and invited old principals and retired teachers to be our consultants. I spent a semester summarizing and refining the traditional genes of Yuquan's success, determined Yuquan culture with "virtue as jade and wisdom as spring" as the core, and reconstructed the curriculum system of happiness education. Today, the children's favorite school gate, the image ambassador sculpture of Jade Yu Quan, the fairy tale corridor, the chess world, the Chinese style corridor, the tracts stage, the zoo and the Yuquan Farm, accompanied by the beautiful school song "The Songs of Jade Yu Quan", have aroused the interest of all visitors. More importantly, the children like their campus so much, and they like the fresh educational life such as "Ten Interesting Classes" on campus!
What is the value of life in this world? From the philosophy of Laozi and Zhuangzi to the discussion of birth, from Confucianism to the later Zen doctrine, until today we read Maslow's philosophy of life: When you have a full stomach, what is people living for?
The principal who really does something must have his own educational philosophy, his own strong will and his own style of doing things, never giving up and always pursuing.
Suhomlinski said: "We can train engineers, agronomists and technicians ... but it is still a question whether we can cultivate a' person'." No matter from the development of human life or the future and rejuvenation of the nation, education can not be "quick success and instant benefit". Running a school must follow the laws of human development and education development. Not catering to the tastes of society, not catering to the demands of parents, being independent and having educational ideals and opinions may be a reason for our success in running a school. While other children are still "testing, testing, testing", our children are actively carrying out "fun education" to develop their own emotions; While other children are still mechanically repeating "homework, homework, homework", our children have learned to make cakes, knead mud and play trade!
