Milo Wold, 1936— 1974, once taught at Linfield College and served as honorary professor of musicology. Later, in order to commemorate his and his wife's contribution to school education, the Milo and Blanche Wald Memorial Scholarship was established at Linfield College in 2008. His main works are "Introduction to Music Art in the Western World" (co-author).

Gary Martin is an emeritus professor of musicology at the University of Oregon, majoring in music education and music history. From 65438 to 0966, he began to teach in the School of Music Education, mainly offering courses such as music education and the history of music curriculum development. He used to be the director of the German International Music Education Center. His major works include: Basic Concepts in Music, An Introduction to Music Art in the Western World (co-authored with James Miller and Edmund Sechler), etc.

James Miller is an honorary professor of vocal music and chorus music at the University of Oregon. He was the director of the European Music Education Center in Germany and Britain. From 65438 to 0988, a course called "Social History of British Music" was opened in Bath, England. In Oregon, he served as the judge of the national vocal solo and chorus competition for many times.

Edmund Sechler, whose main works are: 12 1 cannon for singing and playing on various musical instruments, comparative music education (papers), etc.
