Introduction to law major:

Law mainly studies the basic theory and knowledge of law, legal phenomena and problems related to law, involving constitution, criminal law, civil and commercial law, economic law and procedural law. And handle litigation and legal affairs.

For example: the defense of civil litigation such as divorce and inheritance disputes, the prosecution of criminal cases such as murder and theft, the drafting, review and revision of enterprise contracts, and the coordinated handling of labor disputes.

I mainly study Chinese legal history, China constitutional law, labor and social security law, comparative criminal law, company law and enterprise law, marriage inheritance law, comparative civil and commercial law, international criminal law, general civil law, property law and debt law.
