Materials required for application:

2. An application form for a bachelor's degree from the Open University of China in duplicate (Annex 2);

3. Dissertations of students applying for degrees (see Annex 3 for typesetting and binding styles);

4. Two copies of "Evaluation Form for Dissertation of National Open University" for students applying for degree (Annex 4).

When submitting the above paper materials, each branch school or college shall submit the electronic degree thesis, thesis evaluation form and duplicate check report to the general school through the new educational administration system of the National Open University or by email.

The application conditions and procedures for the bachelor's degree of the Open University of China shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Award of the Bachelor's Degree of the Open University of China (Trial) (J [2065 438+06] 10, hereinafter referred to as the Detailed Rules).

(1) Non-English major graduates must pass any of the following foreign language tests when applying for the degree of the National Open University:

1. National Open University English Test for Non-English Majors:

3. English test for the corresponding professional degree organized by the National Open University (applicable to the corresponding major);

4. National College English Test Band 4 (score above 425);

5. CET-3 or above written test (excluding oral test).

(2) When applying for a degree, Uyghur-Chinese bilingual graduates must pass one of the following examinations:

1. Undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by the Education Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region apply for the unified examination of foreign language proficiency of bachelor's degree;

2. The scores of China Minority Chinese Proficiency Test (MHK) have reached Grade III B (inclusive) or above (the scores are valid for three years) (only applicable to the majors of law (Uighur-Chinese bilingual), primary education (Uighur-Chinese bilingual) and administration (Uighur-Chinese bilingual));

3. The scores of China Minority Chinese Proficiency Test (MHK) have reached Grade 3 A or above (the scores are valid for three years) (only applicable to Chinese Language (Uygur-Chinese Bilingual) majors).
