How to make apricot board? How to crack it?
The almond shell is too hard to open. You can fry the almonds first, so that they will open themselves.

You can also buy an almond sheller, put it in and open it yourself.

Almond is the seed of apricot in Rosaceae, which is divided into sweet almond and bitter almond. It mainly contains protein, fat, sugar and a small amount of amygdalin. The main components of fat are oleic acid and linoleic acid.

Almond fruit grows on a short distance and has an immature appearance. When the fruit is ripe, its green shell will crack, revealing the nucleolus wrapped in the rough shell. The kernel is yellow, with many small holes, and the shell is hardwood. Almond fruit is oblate, round at one end and sharp at the other, and covered with thin brown skin. Nuts contain 20% protein and no starch. After grinding and pressing, the oil squeezed out is about half of its own weight. Almond oil is light yellow. Although it has no fragrance, it has the effect of softening skin and beautifying.

Amygdalin has antimutagenic effect and can reduce the number of micronucleus polychromatic erythrocytes caused by metamizole sodium, metronidazole and mitomycin C. Benzaldehyde, the hydrolysis product of amygdalin, can inhibit the digestive function of pepsin in vitro and in healthy people or ulcer patients, suggesting that it has anti-ulcer effect. The pepsin hydrolysate of the water-soluble part of almond can inhibit the increase of SGOT and SGPT levels and hydroxyproline content, and can also inhibit the prolongation of euglobulin lysis time.

The hydrolysate of almond pepsin can inhibit the inflammation of acetic acid granuloma in mice and cotton granuloma in rats, but it does not inhibit the acute paw swelling and the development of adjuvant arthritis in rats caused by carrageenan. In adjuvant arthritis rats, euglobulin lysis time can be prolonged and connective tissue hyperplasia of abdominal artery can be inhibited by administering almond pepsin hydrolysate for 2 months.

Bitter almond oil also has insect repellent and bactericidal effects, killing human roundworms and earthworms in vitro, and has antibacterial effects on typhoid and paratyphoid bacilli. Almond also has the function of resisting pinworm and trichomonas infection and treating aplastic anemia.

The results showed that bitter almond decoction could promote the synthesis of total phosphorus in normal rabbits, and achieved pathological improvement in the treatment of oleic acid-induced respiratory distress syndrome in adult rabbits. It is suggested that bitter almond can promote the synthesis of pulmonary surfactant and can be used in the clinical treatment of adult respiratory distress syndrome.
