Second, the qualification requirements

Applicants for senior titles of doctors must have the qualifications of practicing doctors, and obtain the practicing certificate of practicing doctors after registration. The declared professional categories should be consistent with the categories of practicing qualifications of doctors (clinical, public health, stomatology, traditional Chinese medicine, etc.). ). Those who apply for the title of senior nursing must have the qualification of nurse practice and obtain the certificate of nurse practice after registration.

If the professional category of the applicant's existing physician title is inconsistent with the professional category of the medical practitioner qualification, its existing professional title can be used as the basis for declaring a higher-level professional title, but the professional category of the declared professional title must be consistent with the professional category of the medical practitioner qualification.

Third, the requirements of academic papers

(1) Number of articles:

1. Applicants for professional titles must publish 3 academic papers as the first author.

2. 1. Publicly published papers must be published in official journals of medical and health or related majors at home and abroad. Domestic official journals refer to the journals listed in the Catalogue of Official Journals of Participating Papers of Health Series with Senior Professional Titles in Hunan Province (see Document No.3 of Wei Xiang Vocational Reform Office [2010], hereinafter referred to as the Catalogue). 3. Reading papers refers to the professional academic papers read at academic conferences at or above the provincial level and published in the corresponding collections. All papers reading must submit papers reading proof, papers compilation and other related materials.

4. Work research articles or analysis articles on scientific research achievements refer to reports on the application and promotion of the applicant's own scientific research achievements or others' scientific research achievements read in the unit. Annual business work summary is not regarded as similar articles.

5. The graduation thesis of master's and doctoral students cannot be used as a thesis to declare senior titles.

(3) Wording requirements:

1. The number of published papers should be more than 1500 words (excluding abstracts and keywords).

2. The number of words to be read in the paper shall not be less than 1500 words.

3. The number of words in work research articles or scientific research results analysis articles is more than 3,000 words.

(4) Other requirements:

1. The content of the paper should be similar to the declared major.

2. The paper must be published after obtaining the current professional title qualification.

3. The paper signing unit must be consistent with my work experience.

Fourth, grassroots service requirements

Medical professionals in clinical, traditional Chinese medicine and stomatology who apply for the post qualification of deputy chief physician in hospitals and family planning units at or above the second level in the city (where the people's government of the city or prefecture is located) must serve in county or township medical and health care and family planning units for more than 6 months before taking up their posts, and pass the examination.

Those who are over 50 years of age or have worked in medical and health care and family planning units at or below the county level for more than 5 years in the past may be exempted from grassroots services.

Reporting staff of disease prevention and control institutions are not required to provide grassroots services for the time being. Enterprises and applicants who have been working in individual, private and other non-public economic organizations for a long time are not required to provide grassroots services for the time being.

Five, foreign language (ancient medical literature) level requirements

Applicants must provide a notice of the results of the national foreign language proficiency test for professional titles (health or comprehensive). Those who apply for senior high schools must provide Grade A, and those who apply for deputy high schools must provide Grade B or Grade A; Those who apply for the major of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, ethnic medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can provide the results of the national foreign language grade examination for professional titles or the examination of ancient Chinese medicine.

Six, computer capacity requirements

According to the Supplementary Notice of the former Provincial Personnel Department on Matters Related to Participating in the National Computer Application Ability Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (Ren Xiangfa [2009] 1 7), anyone who declares the title of senior (including Gao Zheng and Deputy Gao) must pass the National Computer Application Ability Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel in three subjects (including1subject (module) with only different versions). Before obtaining the intermediate certificate of computer application ability assessment issued by the former Provincial Personnel Department, it was recognized as a subject (module).

Seven, continuing education credit requirements

According to the Regulations on Continuing Education of Professional and Technical Personnel (Order No.25 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) and the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Continuing Education of Professional and Technical Personnel in 20 16 (Ren Xiang She Han [20 16] No.46), the promotion of professional titles in 2016 must be approved by the municipal and state human resources departments (provincial human resources and society).

Eight, the annual assessment requirements

The annual assessment results for the last five consecutive years (4 years of master's degree and 2 years of doctor's degree) require "qualified" or above (excluding the annual assessment of the year in which they entered the exam), except that demobilized cadres did not conduct annual assessment during their work in the army (relevant supporting materials of the army are required).

Nine, one of the following circumstances, shall not be declared.
